Hi Karen....I recently taught an Art class using napkins....an easy way to separate the last layer is to use a small piece of scotch tape on the back of the last ply you are trying to remove....I came up with this hack purely by accident but share it with other artists all the time.
That is adorable. My daughter received a pufalump cow when she was 6 months old and slept with it until she was out of high school. Then it was placed on a shelf in her bedroom!! I loved the project today!!
Awww! Love this and that Bob Ross and squirrel stand up, that is so cool! I want to try using napkins in my art, I enjoyed using fabrics with my paintings in the past. Makes things POP! LOL this is a year late but oh well.

Karen, you always, always brighten my day and make me laugh. You are so bubbly and have the best personality. I loved this lesson because I am obsessed with napkins!!! She is gorgeous!! Thank you so much. Don't forget, you have a date with Bunny!! 😁 That is so precious. My daughter is 34 and still has the baby blanket I made her. She would cover her arms with it and I told her it was going to fall apart from washing it so now it's draped over her chair. 😁 She has her teddy bear, Timmy Mark that she got when she was 4 yrs old. He looks the same. Her daughter wanted him and she said, I will give you most anything but not my Timmy Mark. 😁 He is part of the family and named after her Dad who passed away when she was in High School. She will never let go of that bear. Have a blessed weekend Karen and stay safe. 😁❤

If you blow into the napkin on the corners you can separate the back pieces. I also do that with the round coffee filters! No more wetting the fingers!! Thanks for all your inspiration!
Hey Girlfriend! O my gosh, I used the liquid matte medium with old music paper, on canvas. I had No wrinkles. Love it. Can’t wait to try napkins now. I love texture too though. Learning so much from you. Thank you sooo much.
Hi Karen. After using napkins for cards, canvas, wood, etc. I place parchment paper over the napkin and use a small craft iron on top moving it around. Takes the hassle out of gluey fingers, etc.
I love the way you teach how to do any sort of artwork, but I am totally hooked as you teach us to draw faces. I would love to have the digital cheat sheet, I think that could help me and my young granddaughters to draw symmetrical faces.
