If you're going to continue to use polymer clay you might want to see if you can find a used (or new) pasta machine. Rolling the clay through that will help to soften it up and give you a consistent thickness to your clay. Adding those words was brilliant! Another gorgeous creation.
My goodness AB . You’ve inspired me so much these last few years, it is honestly amazing how you teach several new things with each video. You’re an extraordinary human. I’ve been using stencils to embellish my paintings for years like 20 years. I’ve always cut the words off if they have had any. They have always had the most cliché, “live laugh love” or something equally not what I’m going for. I’ve never gotten a stencil for the words, I’ve just liked the pattern or mandala or whatever it has. In my art journals I love to use dictionary pages or things in other languages to creat a background or a boarder around things. I’ve never thought to do it on one of my canvass! I’m just half way through this video and I already love this painting so much!!! I can’t wait to see the end. I’m sure it’s going to be so lovely! Now back to watching! 😆🤣 Edited to add: Wow wow wow! So much better than I imagined! So classy! I love the muted color pallet it’s so lovely! You made such a beautiful painting!
Cali Lilly is my favorite flower of all. They are just so soft and graceful looking. That topped with the french writing and this is definitely going to be an amazing piece of artwork. So much of artwork comes down to the use of color and not the actual color of the objects in nature. This is an extremely difficult thing to explain to others. I love watching you create such beautiful things. 😍

Amazing! I love the type effect. Calla Lilies are one of my fave flowers. In fact, I made a Copper Calla Lily and Leaf as the pour spout for the small pondless waterfall I'm installing this Spring.
