    Awesome video! I actually have the first three on your list and take the first two daily. I was worried about CLA because of the Omega 6 imbalance compared to Omega 3 (I take vegan versions of both). Would you suggest upping Omega 3 to higher amounts to counteract it, or would that probably be overkill?

    • @onewomansjourney760

      When I took CLA & omegas it lowered my blood pressure & altered my thyroid hormone levels causing me to need a medication adjustment. I try to get my nutrients through whole foods & take a multi vitamin without added herbs. Being hypothyroid we cannot just take anything.

    Thanks Dr Childe, but some of these are more theory than reality. I have tried all of them, n no result or Deven damages. Of course each person is different, but at least for me, coffee n carbonated water have reverse effect, increasing my appetite. All others, had no effect for me.
    2- please let us clearly see what you wrote n pronounce their names more clearly, for you they are known, for your audience, who come from different languages, are not familiar names.
    3- these don't have the same effect on ppl with acidic stomach, vs others. Thanks.

    Dr Child’s I was told all cancer cells use glutamine and so I did not want to take it. So is that nit true?

    • @ThingsILikke
      @ThingsILikke 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Cancer is really, really complex and if you have an aggressive kind it will use ANYTHING in your body to feed the cancer to grow. Cancer is basically a metabolic disease because it mutates your genes to suppress anything that would kill the cancer and strengthen what ever genes feed the cancer until it metastasizes all over your body. Any advice about cancer is very individual and you must consult your doctor about what it means for you. Diets “treating cancer” is a very offensive lie that comes from people with no license to practice medicine. Listen to doctors and not internet nutritionists.

      It makes sense that it would because protein (Specifically Animal Protein) causes cell growth and that includes growth of cancer cells. Look at some of the NIH studies on protein and cancer it’s fascinating.
