Thank you Scott, I recommend the lens but beware the focus is difficult, the lens is really small. the opening remains manual. Distortion is really reduced unless you're too close to the lens but it's not made for that! Footage are sharpe, You must use a really good ND filter without vignetting, all defects on the edges are visibles !!

I love this look. This 10mm met Laowa is awesome and combined with BMPCC4k has a stellar combo, might just have to pick up a used BMPCC now.

Wondering if you used a follow focus with this lens and if so was it a pain to use because the lens is so small?
I didn't use follow focus with this lens but it's true that to get focus was not easy at first but you get used to it quickly ;) !

Merci, un super grand angle, dés que je peux j'ajouterai un 10 mm à ma gamme d'objectifs.
ça me rappelle le rendu de mes optiques fd, je pense que les fixes avec des verres peu ou pas traités pour augmenter le contraste, resteront toujours les plus agréables. Il y a quelques plans très mou sur les bords mais ça dois être l'ouverture, c'est rarement génant.
Merci pour ton retour, Oui c'est légèrement flou sur les bords mais rien de franchement gênant. Sinon le vignetage est dû au filtre ND que j'ai utilisé, il n'était pas de bonne qualité mais c'était le seul que j'avais sous la main. Je n'ai pas gardé l'objectif très longtemps sinon j'aurai fait d'autres tests.
@@ChrisFilmmaker great work! I'm thinking of getting a laowa 9mm for my bmpc 4k but I do have a metabones reducer because my sigma is my go to lens. I'm just wondering if you used a focal reducer at all? I'm having trouble finding an MFT laowa and I figure might be better with the metabones anyway.

Mr Filmaker .. I thought this lens was sharp... and I didn't know it was anamorphic
Yes, It's sharp and it's not anamorphic. I got this rendering with a bad ND filter and using the 2.4:1 ratio in the BMPCC4K
@@ChrisFilmmaker I'd like to buy the bad (good) ND filter... and I am back hand complementing you.Your timing in transitions is very pleasing ... keeps the video moving .. the out of focus matches the landscapes shots
