Dr. Levi, just a concern regarding the ware and tear of the tendons. As a musician, I've been trained to avoid flexion of my joints, or compressing objects with a fist to avoid tendinitis. I created a routine to strengthen my wrist, fingers and forearm by using isometric exercises that do not require flexion; with incorporation of stretching exercises. Just what I want to know is, will my tendons be okay with prolonged use of exercises like wrist curls or finger extensions? Thanks

Dr Levi, just a concern regarding the RSI and RSI of my fingers. As a professional circle clicker, I've been told again and again to enjoy game to avoid PP-titis. Therefore, I've developed my own routine to do EZ, NF and SO stretches, which do not use pp-gaining mods. Will doing DT, HD and HR stretches indeed help me enjoy game more? Thank Dr. Levi.
my wrist, and fingers are not very flexible.. any ideas on working around this? cant really lift fingers off table like that without palm rising off as well..
I've jammed a couple of fingers in sports and they are still swollen and kind of uncomfortable. Can't a doctor just remove the synovial fluid from the knuckle with a needle or something?
Im doing this to become a better dancer. When I spread my finger and open it, its hard and i cannot spread and open all my fingers. It’s weird. Everyone can do it
