the 1st recipe looks like it would be good to mix some/all of the rest of the red sauce with the ground beef. Tip- use paper towels or napkins right in the pan for grease removal.

Hey there Jenn - everything looked very tasty, even the pizza bake! I do a very similar Loaded Baked Potato Bake for the holidays with my prime rib roast. Here's a tip: GFS Marketplace sells ginormous bags of refridgerated (not frozen) mashed potatoes. After adding the cheese, sour cream, bacon and green onions it makes 2 big pans - plenty for extended family holidays. Love your content girl!

I made the tamale pie and it was delicious!! I used roasted green chilies with our bc we are from SE New Mexico and we like things hot🥵 !! Will try some of the other recipes this week too!

My family loves tamale pie it makes me think of my mom it was a family staple growing up. My mom always made it with the cornbread on top but I've made it both ways I'd definitely say my favorite is on bottom bc of the poke with enchilada sauce (my mom never did this it definitely makes it over the top). I always put corn, black beans and rotel in my meat thats what my mom always did. I've made it with shredded chicken too. So good!! One of my favorites!!

Made the Tamale Pie, but substituted salsa for the tamale sauce. Everyone loved it and it was super fast to make. We'll have this again for sure!

You can make tamale pie a one pot dish. Make the filling, dollop the cornbread over it. Bake as usual. Save a step ,try it !
