It’s crazy how you and I think alike?!?! I built basically the same thing on my 18 xpt, I also took my seats, center console and back panel off and insulated the shit out of them, and plugged holes in front cowl like you were talking about, 110% better!!!!! I’m also going to do the oshit button from one of your past videos!!!! Keep em coming great work👍🏼👍🏼
Cool Man after my own heart. I love fabricating stuff. Don’t really have that problem on my X3 because the coolant tubes are on the other side of the tunnel but love the idea good job 👍
Love this idea! I was just looking at a roof mount vent but like this way better! And cheaper:-) I also insulated my back wall. Roof, lower doors, and console. Thanks!
I just bought a 2020 General xp 1000. Stock of course. My buddy mentioned disconnecting at least the front sway bar which may be beneficial for our riding. We do some technical trails with off camber, some rocky hill climbing but also following each other down forest roads at pretty fast speeds. None of this is real serious like Nitro Circus stuff. Would I technically need limiting straps to protect over stretching the shocks and springs and to also keep my axle angles from getting to crazy? I know that there will be some body roll that I will need to be careful of while riding around vends. Thank you. Any advice would be much appreciated.
The strap are there to prevent over extending the axle angels however I feel they are more for when your front end comes off the ground it protects the internal shaft of the shock from slamming into the bump stop every time the wheels come off the ground.
@@A1UTV I’m very impressed with the engineering. Keep up the great work. Your channel is awesome. I just found it. I bought a turbo s today. I’m doing some research.

It does wonders on the feet that’s certain.
I enjoyed watching you build this! Thanks for the good idea. I’m going to copy it and will definitely enjoy riding next summer more.
Brilliant idea

Should do a butterfly value on a cable
I just use a rubber cap for it. Not something i open and close too often.
Its pretty crazy Polaris charges $44K for these things and still hasn't figured out basic vent holes and heat shielding..
Thankfully I got mine new back in 2019 for $24344 otd. Sucks what the prices have turned into.
that's because Polaris sucks ass
Ok that was useful
Hey what tires r u running there?
They are the BFG km3 m/t 33x12.5r15 but i now run the 35x12.5r15 in the same tire.
Next time heat a razor blade with your propane torch. It will work way better
Work better doing what??? Not sure what part you’re referring to?
@@A1UTV for cutting the plastic out. I did it on my ranger when I had to do the cutouts for my heater
