  • This video will give you a better understanding how the cervical (neck) region is directly related to many neurological conditions. I will teach you a very safe and effective technique that can possibly make miracles happen!
The cervical spine has numerous mechanoreceptors responsible for proprioceptive input. These receptors have central and reflex connection to the vestibular and visual systems and the central nervous system. Mechanoreceptor input from the upper cervical region and muscles leads to a coordination between vision and movement of the neck.
Kindly share this video on your social media so we can educate others worldwide. I wish many Blessings to you and your loved ones! ❤️😊🙏 Dr M

I promise, my vertigo really kicks up once my neck begins to hurt. Went to the hospital and not one"professional" mentioned anything regarding my neck and why that could be cause. TH-cam is the new hospital.

Hey I just wanted you to know that I have chronic anxiety and I watched a video about it on your channel and it really did help me I have to stop worrying about my health when I have been checked several times obviously I have physical symptoms but I believe that I can overcome fear and become normal once again my soul wants to be happy and so do I thank you so much you are such an inspiration to this world God bless you

Same here. Definitely HELPS with anxiety because fear blocks muscle movement in the area between the shoulders and the head. Now we can at least loosen up those muscles and let the body, and so the brain, relax.

I broke my neck 4 years ago and after an ACDF I’ve suffered greatly. I stumbled across your chi video and then found myself here. This is the most relief I’ve had in a very long time. I could feel it all the way to my toes. The sense of relief was incredible. Thank you for the gift of hope as I start the journey exploring these natural remedies. Our healthcare system is a disaster and a sick care model. Waiting for symptoms to happen makes no sense. Thank goodness the body is a miraculous instrument that wants to heal! We need to clone you!! You’re an amazing human being 🙏🦋🙏 Thank you for what you do and giving alternatives then handing someone a pill.

I am sure that I would still need to consult a doctor for this. But do you think this is safe to do after an ACDF? I just had an ACDF three months ago and still have neck pain. I believe it is really just muscle soreness in recovery mode. It is not the same pain as before I had the ACDF. I believe the muscle soreness is just as this Dr. Mandell is saying. Nerve endings can take almost a year to regenerate and heal. So the muscle soreness may just be the nerves misfiring. I would like to try these exercises, but I am concerned about applying any amount of pressure at all causing an impact to the three vertebrae that are fused. Again, obviously, I would definitely consult my doctor. But I was just curious as to what your experience was with these exercises after your ACDF. Thank you.

This is a big improvement over what I learned myself with a severe neurological disorder that had just about put me in a wheelchair. Before I started to get better everything was starting to go dark and I was forgetting how to breathe. Stimulating these muscles through the wicked pain helped my mind reconnect with my body and through a lot of hard work Im even back to weightlifting! No matter how tight you are, make this work!

@@amandawhite4143 MS is quite a lot. I was watching a video on meditation and MS just last night. The woman described her MS pain and it was just like mine was… clothes hurt and such. She shrunk the fear center in her brain with meditation! Myself, I get uncomfortable from my awful posture, but don’t have the crazy or chronic pain sensations anymore. It really serves to show me the places that still need work. If you haven’t already I’d really encourage you to look into a few mindfulness techniques if you never have 👍
MS is no fun at all. Besides trying to develop a healthy neck structure again I’ve found insane benefits from what I now know as meditation if you’re open to it. Keeps my pain at an incredible “I don’t care” level. And contrary to what’s medically supposed to be happen, my functional disabilities start healing as the pain clears up! I’m sure a lot of that same healing is out there for you too. Watching some of Sperow Clinics videos make me believe there’s ways to heal from these crazy pain illnesses that just aren’t well known right now. Hold on to hope, it’s worth it! I wish you many victorious days to come, friend.

I've been doing yoga for 40 years plus.
The technique is an upgrade to my current forward and side stretch for the neck. The tapping was the upgrade affecting the neurons, as well as part.
This technique works wonders for side sleepers, like myself.
After 2 months and therapy with massage; this is the fastest most effective way to release shoulder and neck tension for me. It took literally one session and now I can see my neck is no longer being pulled to my once tight right shoulder.

Dr Mandell has great tips for tinnitus. Austin Goh taps the top and sides of the head to cure tinnitus if you'd like to check it out. I also had a suggestion under Dr Mandell cure for it if you're interested. Tinnitus bothered me so much and I'm glad I'm finally over. It's not hard once you find the way that suits you.

And i thought I'm also having panic attacks and anxiety every single night before sleep. Betahistine relieves me from dizziness for 2weeks but now my head are still throbbing. I can't be like this forever because i need to go to work. I did this exercise at least 3x a day or as needed. Thank you Doc! You're a life saver.

HE IS NOT A DOCTOR!!! Hes just a Chiropractor and most don't have the ability to heal anything more than a stiff neck or other tight joints which you can do yourself with basic simple exercises! I e been seeing one for an injury from a freak accident. For 3 months all he does is the same BULLSHT adjustments without variation as I continue getting worse!!! But when I started he said he could help me and went on about all the great things he's done to help other patients, another incompetent sanctimonious 🦆 quack! Except with hair🥚. Although Doctors are actually WORSE,,, all they want to do is push pills!! They're all full of 💩!!

Could you find some things PT, other for Bell's palsy.. lingering nerve damage and or synkensis help?
Drs are useless .. link herpes virus..I know L Lysine helps and prevent..B12 L carnitine..
      Nerves n muscles. FACIAL excercises.
May also be linked to Lyme disease.. or dorment Ebstein Barr- linked to a case of mono is the past.
Docs say ligering nerve damage irreversable ( I dont believe it) but some have healed 100% after 10 years.
More peep on group page are getting it after the vax... despite media bs.
Thet wanted to sew my eye shut after only a couple weeks when it takes months sometimes to start healing. I recovered my own paralyzed eye in 2 weeks ( held eye shut, trued to hold close, at first I could only close it with the other eye..but practiced..did it..but caused synkenesis from prob straining muscles too much..too soon?)
though it took 5 months to heal.
0 % loss.. but not losing hope.
So.. how to reverse synkenesis.. restore nerve damage.
      Tapping? PT
Will be on ALA for other nerve issues..I am my own guinea pig.

Have been suffering with an ear infection since end of November 2021 and once that had finally be dealt with noticed a lump in my neck at the base of the skull and was experiencing pain all down my left side through the sciatic nerve but this pain was disguised whilst I had the ear infection as I thought it was the pain from the infection that was tracking down my neck and shoulder. I have had ultrasound and only last week (March 2022) had an X Ray which has shown that I have spondylolysis in my neck. I have always been very active and am a qualified Personal Trainer ,I am 64yrs of age and very fit and flexible and maintain a plant based diet . The lump on my neck has now shown on either the ultrasound or the X ray but is the size of a marble??
I have just come across your posts on You Tube and have literally just tried the exercise of tapping at various points on my neck and I am AMAZED at the instant relief it gave.
I thank you so much for this post and will make this tapping part of my daily regime.

An Oil Massage with Gingelly Oil, Mustard Oil or any other good oil can resolve the problem within 1 week, as the oils will be absorbed by the muscles.

Good Morning! Every morning, for nearly 40 years, I have headaches on the L. side only, sometimes radiating from left side of neck, to left ear, and around to the front. The pain can be quite extreme - hours or days but I have a life and get on with it no matter how I feel. Mostly the pain will leave by mid to late morning. Yes, I’ve had numerous therapies with no good results. I will be awakened at 1am or anytime after that…lying down seems to bring it on (no, it’s not a pillow/position/mattress/food, etc issue), and the only thing that gives relief is coffee (caffeine) but not always a fix. Years ago, a therapist had me do some of these methods but not the tapping, and she didn’t actually show me how, and the headaches increased so I chose out. I watched this video, did the techniques several times, felt some relief, and have decided that I will test this method as suggested, for 30 days. I will record my results and post about it once per week from today. Thank you.
