That is food grade but i would burn the plastic liner out then comeback with sandpaper wipe it down with cooking oil to season it just like you'd do a ugly smoker
cool idea! Is the drum sitting on the ears on the side of your grill? curious if this would work on a weber without the table ears. How's it doing after 7 months?
Shawn Kinman thanks man. It actually does sit on the ears. It's been great. The only thing I need to do is upgrade my spit rod. It keeps coming out of the motor, so when I come out my meat isn't turning.
MIKE ROTCH UDS builders normally burn the out the sand them. Lol I hacked up a kettle to make my stacker just to avoid all of that. Though the 55 drum has more room
