I’m not sure you know what cardio means this is mainly strength running down the street is 20x this cardio don’t believe me then you’re probably not the type that does it.
It’s humbling to know that there are people out there who get up before work or go to work all day and get home and go right back to work doing stuff like this. There are superheroes among us.

And /or even the smaller less known guys that he’s training with! I was literally just lifting weights and punching bags! hahahahahahahah damn being young and naive is awesome and dangerous. This man is epic. Now I’m 41, 42 in 8 days and I realize I wouldn’t even make it out of my area code in a battle royal! I still lift weights but ditched punching things, it hurts! 😊 bless you all and don’t hurt me.

That's training for torque and follow through. You can also train for snap and accuracy and get a KO that way. Whether you hit a guy so hard through the block that he gets KOed anyway or you tap the chin just right, a KO is a KO.
I finally figured out that he was taunting him the whole way!!! Yelling "Last place!!!" That will piss you off and motivate you to drag a fucking tire up a dam hill all the while alternating kicks in the same angle that the insults are coming from!🤣
Fighting is in Thai DNA. Notice how he smiling doing this. Muay thai has come so far and it has significantly influenced so many martial arts out there.
Don't think everyone in Thailand is into fighting. Its a bit like saying everyone in Japan is into Karate or is a Samurai. Sure lots of people are but let's not generalise. Still I love the dedication in the video
They were showing video footage of him jumping out of the sea water and kicking the pad. That was the training method for the kick he used against Petrosyan
Thats the physical Part the mental Part to kick harder is you have to love the pain of burning muscles and the pain of the shin because When you kick Hard it hurts in your shin also.

Butterfly stretches are good or propping your heel and bending down. Working towards doing the splits lol that’s my guess tho I did that for wrestling, jiu jitsu, and Muay Thai.

A watered down training is good for your kid. Maybe try doing the kicks in a chest deep pool? - less stress on the knees and less chance of injury. We did that every weekend when I was still young.
@crux ferre that's a good idea. At home we do pad work and I have a 6ft 60kg heavy bag in the garden which he enjoys training with. I restrict his set to 2 minutes with 2 minute intervals in between. I'll start the pool training when we go on holiday in August. Thanks for the advice 🙏
His legs are like noodles flopping around at the end. With the tire dragging you back down the hill and creating resistance when you kick forward. This is an incredible workout.
I swear I didn't even notice the rope or the tire until the very end of the video I was so enthralled by his face and his expressions and his....kicks.
