I appreciate when you train with Buakaw. He is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to your sport. He looks strong when hitting the bag! We are all a work in progress 🙏🏻
Wow.... I love the sport of Muay Thai. I've trained WUSHU Kung Fu all my life. It's been 3 months training Muay Thai. The level of training is intense. It's no wonder why Thai fighters have extraordinary stamina. And their kicks and punches have power to overwhelm your opponent or attacker. Thank you Buakaw and SuperBon for this amazing clip of simple sparring. Muay Thai # 1
Both have a great technique to defend and counter. This video is really educational for all nakmuaythai. Watch it in slow motion and learn from it. Superbon have improve greatly after he learn from Buakaw and Saenchai. This's why we have Wai kru to show respect for our teacher.
In his prime Buakaw had one of the highest, and bst fight IQs in kickboxing. Above all else that was his best weapon. You can see that passed on in Superbon, and that's what makes the Banchamek team so good, is their fight IQ

Top fighters don't go 200+/20 by sheer force alone. If you watch his peak career tapes he uses a mastery of teep work, broken rythmn, clinching, and spatial control. He literally is dancing in their it's so tactful. By far his best fight to showcase his style was his shut out of Make Zambidis where he skillfully dominates the whole fight by controlling distance, clinching, and striking. But that was only one showcase. He adjusted his style to every opponent in his prime and that was why he was so good.
He recently defeated Saenchai, by changing his style ☝️ Right Low Kicks against Saenchai’s left leg. He knows about Saenchai’s lethal left high kicks 🦵

@jasonvoorhees5640 I actually agree with you. As much of a fan of Buakaw as I am. I know for a fact Buakaw gonna lose. What I'm trying to say is you can't make a marathon runner enter a swimming competition and expect them to do well. Look at McGreggor vs Floyd.

Both world class. But you can easily see the evidence of longer practice time in the fluency, accuracy and ease with which buakaw executes his technique. Anyone can learn the fundamentals; but mastering them and executing them on the fly without conscious thought is a feat reserved only for the league of masters

Age is just a number for Buakaw 👌 He is always winning against guys in their twenties. A true legend
Age is not just a number , he can not be in the ring with Superbon , Tawachai or even Joe Nattuwat .
