This is more like a burglary than an eviction
"for a trained driver" lol i could be a "trained" racecar driver for fucks sake and 50+ in a 25mph zone would still be very bad, let alone KILLING someone. Boy they just have no accountability
What a sick cop for laughing for that poor woman getting ran over😡

Thank you for putting this video out here. It’s great to see the worst of the worst being exposed. It’s always such a contradictory feeling, hating the video from start to finish for the same reason I’m glad it’s here. It shows the worst of our law enforcement.
Now it should go without saying but I’m sure someone will misunderstand, I don’t hate the video itself, I hate the evil cops victimizing the people they’re here to protect
Why would Wester do that? For what purpose? 12 years is not enough time. Try doubling it. That poor family. And a tiny little baby.
Imagine how many years innocents could have or maybe even did spent because of his power trips
He did the same thing to 33 other people!!
Wester is a bastard he finaly got caught. And went to prison
I can’t believe this . What on earth is he gaining ?
Dude should be in prison for life he will not ever belong in society after doing something like that. There’s something wrong with him it seemed like he wanted to be a top narcotics officer or something.
Police turning off their body camera while an investigation or scene is ongoing should be a felony and a total ban from serving on another force again.
not a felony lol but shouldn't be allowed
Notice how the Seattle cop said; “she was a regular person” and still doesn’t care, showing you the lack of care for the homeless, mentally ill, and all us “regular” persons 🤮🤢 horrifying and sad. Why go 74mph for a “high priority” call? For the adrenaline? Because it’s not like you’re rushing because you’re concerned or care about any possible victims involved clearly.
😔 that poor woman. I can't imagine her thought process when asked if you use drugs. That guy... Smh
"She was 26, limited value?? He he he" seriously! WTF? In what context would that be appropriate? Never!
It’s called dark humor you realize how much trauma a cop goes through? It helps to mitigate the effects.
@@pennywisenibbles4949 I get the dark humor. I do. But the trauma wasn't even this guys, it was a fellow officer that has to live with that. I can't imagine what officers see every day. Horrible things, that change you. Much like ER docs, EMTs and such, one hopes they don't lose their compassion, their humanity. Yes, it's a struggle. Just express it off the record.
@@trinaschnell4422 he didn’t intend to have it recorded he accidentally did and now people are attacking the poor lad
@@pennywisenibbles4949 that's true, and unfortunate. You have to admit it sure seems callous. I think it's also true we hold these professionals to a higher standard, with the "protect and serve" Creed. While I see your dark humor as possible, I doubt the young ladies family would appreciate such comments about their deceased family member. I sure wouldn't, if it had been my daughter, would you? And I highly doubt if it had been a fellow officer's family member the comment and laugh would have been viewed as dark humor, do you?

This video is a stark reminder of the importance of accountability and transparency in law enforcement. It's crucial to address instances where power is abused, ensuring justice for all. Let's work towards a system where trust and respect are paramount.
Let Florida know that 😰
no this video is a stark reminder that power always corrupts and that law enforcement doesn’t work because at the end you have all the criminals in the police and government and the good people in jail.
only anarchy works

ur content is insane, i watch ur videos ALOT xddd almost 1 million subs tho!
Literally someone having a mental breakdown, and she’s making all that noise with the door overstimulating her. That’ll definitely make it worse.
Exactly and antagonizing her for fun is beyond cruel
''iS sHe wHiTe???''
Wow. That second dude has no soul. How can you do that to a mom in front of her children. What a sick world we live in.
22 seconds in and I had to stop the video. I'm flabbergasted over that evil laugh.
Could you imagine trying to report all of the things that they stole? Can you imagine what would be said to you and the ridicule you would experience and that nothing would be done if not for the camera? Even then they get the absolute minimum.
That 2nd woman cop is super tough against a 70 yr old woman with a man backing her up. I’d love to see how tough she is by herself against just 1 man her own age.

yeah. that's called the United States police. do something then
I also love how it says be careful who you got around your vehicle hence be careful you let the police come around your vehicle
I can't understand why any cop would even try to pin a blame on someone innocent. Pure evil.

This is disturbing. It's scary that you can be doing everything right, but one encounter with a crooked cop could ruin your entire life.
The cop that hit her wasn’t crooked at all it was a different cop laughing about it. Cops are allowed to speed when there’s and emergency. Especially because someone else was ODing. It’s worth the risk to speed if you are trying to save someone else’s life.
Why you should always record and don't answer any questions

wow - this shit is disturbin' Shutting the camera off or tampering with it must become a felony of at least 1 year prison time.
Exactly.
I thought they aren't allowed to shut them off.
Holy shit, I know sometimes people laugh at inappropriate things/times as a way to deal with what has happened, it's done so the event doesn't affect us as much, sort of a distraction, essentially protection from trauma, but the way that cop laughed, a laugh of joy, that was crazy. And what makes it worse is that he isn't even the one that went through the traumatic event, so he doesn't have the excuse of trauma protection to explain his behavior
Wow setting up a person on fake drug charges what POS that cop is! I'm so angry after seeing this!
imagine how many situations happen like this when its not recorded.
this was so painful to watch and the fact he was laughing is unbelievable
The 26 years old was 23 and he had his lights on not his siren going 74 in a 25 mph zone near a college campus. May she Rest In Peace and I pray for her family.
Cops are forever talking crap about firemen, EMT, lawyers and reporters but then they do stuff like this. Imagine what happened before there were bodycams and everyone had cameras in their pockets...
Wester got 12 yrs. What happened to the families lasts a lifetime
thx for expose this subjects
The sickening laughter from that psycho cop is creepy & scary AF.
What possible benefit is there to framing a young mother??? What a complete pos.
They don't always take them directly to jail. She's an attractive young woman. Sometimes that's the reason they pull them over.
Ego stroking from other ego maniacs!
As someone with a bipolar father what that cop did to that lady during her manic phase was absolutely heartbreaking. The fact ahe was smiling and laughing...... Sickening.
Oh hell no not the Oakleys we're gonna fight over my oakley and hat and shoe collection
imagine the stuff you dont see when they actually turn their cams off
She was 26 ? Had limited value? Disgusting…
The fact that the officer had the nerve to say”I know it’s hot outside and you got them babies back there, would it be a problem to step out?” Knowing that he was about to plant drugs… makes me sick
Im sorry that poor family had to go through all that mess, if anyone deserves money it’s them.
