Now that I've heard this, I'm feeling fired up! I was honestly astonished when I saw Mia and Ally on Instagram dressed as Minerva and Erza. Never in my wildest dreams did I think these two musicians (that I admittedly discovered only a month or so ago) would be into my favourite anime. This is an epic crossover of my interests. You two absolutely crushed this cover! It's sick!

Tail* Main Theme* There are many Fairy Tail openings, this is the main theme that plays within the anime whenever the scene calls for it, typically whenever something badass is going down. There's even a slowed down version that plays for even more dramatic scenes.

Honestly, Fairy Tail's amazing soundtrack aside, the Celtic Metal genre in general is just so fun to listen to. Somehow pleasantly surprised they went with Minerva and Erza for the costumes inspirations too. It's overall a great cover and I can't wait to listen to the rest of the album.

It's been years since I've seen the Fairy Tail anime. This song still brings me to tears and smiles. I swapped to the English dub part way through and realized that it speeds up this song, which completely nullifies the impact of this song's tempo.

I agree but if you listen to very first season there is a violin in bagpipes first season's opening song and that's how they were able to do it but the trick was how to NSYNC those two together just at the right time

How to make young people passionate about traditional instruments?
You come up with an epic story of young people who make their way in life by chasing their dreams and facing various challenges even with beatings like in pub fights and you put bagpipes, violins, flutes and drums in the background.
Thanks to Japan for the history and the scores and thanks to the Irish and Scots who saved the bagpipes.

Never been the biggest fan of music, but Fairy Tail almost always had epic music. It made everything in the show more epic than it had a right to be. Definitely want to start watching Fairy Tail again now. maybe I'll be able to finish it this time around. I love the show, but I can never get through the island test arc or whatever it was called.
