The master respected Natsu cause of his power and bravery. Literally willing to go up against a whole guild. Natsu is everything that master wants in his guild members in terms of fighting.

Considering how Natsu absolutely destroyed Sting and Rogue, without using Lighting Flame Dragon Mode, he might have destroyed that entire guild by himself.
All at the same time its iffy but honestly its very realistic. He made quick work of sting and rogue at the same time and I believe they are top 5. The only real trouble might be Orga and Minerva

I changed my mind about this. I don’t think he would have won, fighting them all at once, but most of their guild would have been wiped out for sure.

While Natsu may have been a lunkhead and quickly set off by something, he also has the biggest heart. Through Natsu's eyes, everyone was equal and deserved to be treated fair. While Igneel supplied his early education with love, Fairy Tail showed him that a caring and supportive family can provide unconditional love. Although he had a demon and a dragon seed, his humanity saved his life.

When Natsu finally gets serious, he's damn near unstoppable. Don't know if it's the dragon's wroth, or the demon's rage, but it's pretty potent.
Nah it's natsu's rage, his emotions affects his magic I think it's called flames of emotions
@@lachydragneel I agree with that. And at the same time I still wonder if the dragon's wroth, and/or the demon's rage, doesn't effect it. I can't think of another creature's emotion in anger that is as iconic as a dragon's or a demon's. It seems special in Natsu's case.

Most videos do cuts like that due to Copyright reasons. Without mirror images or mid cuts then the video of the show can get flagged for copyright (at least those owned by Funimation, which the Fairy Tail anime is)

If there is one thing to say about this arc is to never underestimate just how strong everyone got after getting their second origin. People like Natsu didn’t even use flame lightning mode(well rather he used it once here when he tried to end sabertooths master) and erza never released her second origin and when she did she one shotted minerva, she could’ve easily taken down both minerva and kaguya if she did it sooner. This for me is the one arc that doesn’t use the power of friendship to take down opponents.
Thank god Ultear was able to 2nd origin them, I probably wouldn't have been able to put up with whatever ass pull power of friendship bullshit excuse they'd have to come up to justify then winning.

Bro he wasn't even that powerful to begin with. He was only little powerful when he became demon. Present natsu s normal punch would turn him into ash.
Passive heat is enough, his flame at this point is already hotter than Hell.
Fairy Tail gets a lot of hate but it will always be an absolute favourite of mine. So many great moments in the show.

The grand magic games is hands down the greatest arc in the anime.

One of the few times we actually see him using Lighting Flame Dragon form.
Well he only uses it only if he finds a worthy opponent or else it would kill his opponent
And when natsu soloed both the dragon slayers of saber tooth he was not even serious both him and gajeel were letting themselves get beat so that the crowd could say they atleast did some damage to the or else they would have committed a suicide
yeah, it drains a lot of his energy though, at this time, it seemed like he hadn't mastered yet so its probably why he avoided using it during the grand magic games.

Mine was seigrain and jellal fooling the council. And now this is my favourite series.
The explosion was about 5-6 stories high, I just checked and the inside was bout 3-4 tall and the explosion outside was like another 3-4 tall as well. That’s the aftershock and the backside, so imagine taking that hit directly!
Easily one of Natsu's best moments, if not THE best moment.
Natsu already defeats masters of dark guilds including hades then this musclehead is nothing that natsu cannot handle. I think he's not even on the leagues of makarov given he's retirement.
At this point nastu was still weaker than makarov so there’s no way this guy could beat fairy tails guildmaster

I am always somewhat disappointed how weak Sabertooth and therefore like 95% of all of Fiore's guilds are...
Like, Natsu alone can apparently annihilierte them and it really was by sheer luck of the games and Raven Tail sabotaging FT that the ever stood a chance in the tournament.
Right? Dobengal being top 10 in Sabertooth (implicitly #7) and looking equal to Max who’s top 25-30 in Fairy Tail ain’t good. Once their top 5 are out of the way even the likes of Lucy and Wendy could stomp the rest.
i love fairy tail but hiro made all wizards in the fairy tail guild perfectly strong, as if they have no flaws at all.
@@blackcatsupremacy I’d say that only applies to Erza and Gildarts since most everyone else has at least one obvious flaw in battle. Gray is the perfect fighter because he always compensates for his weaknesses through brains. Lucy’s reliance on Holder Type Magic, Dragon Slayers have motion sickness, Elfman is slow, Mirajane’s resolve to use her powers/concern for siblings/low stamina (she’s criminally nerfed and it hurts to watch sometimes knowing she can match Erza), Warren’s telepathy backfiring, Juvia’s weakness for Gray, Macao’s age (you think he’d be twice his age the way everyone drags him), Mystogan’s appearance, and Panther Lily’s limited battle form time.

When fighting max (sand guild mate, a friendly match) he missed on purpose and max gave up because he "didnt plan on dying today". It's likely that that kind of spell could kill an average non magic person, and if natsu were to use it there it could kill the people in the building and streets behind sabertooth.
And it was exactly as Natsu said, they couldn't keep up with him😂
Best moment of the anime imo. Ider when i watched this but natsu trying to solo the entire guild and beating the shit out of everyone was crazy when i first watched it
If Natsu was consistently cool like this, the anime would be a 9/10. But for some reason they enjoy playing with everyone's power levels. One time Natsu throws fire king punches and the other he gets bullied by a slime or a random dude
