I know people keep saying that,
...but if a Cop says for instance, that someone had said that I had been disorderly.
... What if the Cop asks you for your side of the story ?
...Then you don't say anything in your defense.
...Cop is probably going to arrest you out of retaliation alone for not speaking with him.
..I speak, but I choose every word very carefully.

You have the right to speak with anybody you wish.
However, in your attempt to save yourself, when it comes to speaking cops just plain out, don't give a shit thus leaving the door wide open for your arrest.
It's a slippery slope. Only you can decide if remaining silent is golden ✨️ 💛

You need to reach out to one of your police departments and/or your state training Academy for law enforcement, and ask if you can set in which usually is allowed on their training for the constitution and constitutional rights. I think you would be shocked at the training they get… Or should I say not get. When I went to the Academy, they handed me a pocket version of the constitution and the Bill of Rights told me to read it. That was it.

Fun fact, an employee is paid from his/her application for employment which “application” IS actually a U.C.C. article five Letter of Credit authorizing access to the applicants credit AND authorizing the opening of a credit account and which original application, when not returned to the employee creates a trust. Cops are not paid by public tax dollars. Any employee no matter who they work for are paid by their application.

The worst crime is a parent that hurts their own children. When a protector is the predator, it destroys so much more than the eye can see and if a parent got a slap on the wrist it would be an outrage.
Cops are guilty of this on a regular basis proclaiming to help while they victimize average people, yet the slap on the wrist is far too common.

People often rely on the police because they are the only option funded and mandated by the Government. Similar to the Mafia, people must pay for police services whether they want to or not, and the Government discourages competition. Additionally, Government laws/policies restricting firearms in one way or another contribute to the perceived necessity of police services.

From what I've seen police aggression and malpractice comes almost exclusively from individual cop EGO, not the side of the political aisle the cop is on nor the political party in power of any particular municipality.

That is Exactly Right & a very well known Fact! All gov officials are incapable of actually being aware/honest & just simply acknowledging the fact that, they are quite often completely wrong/incorrect about a large percentage of different aspects… Although, I have Never truly heard any of them just outright admit/accept the fact that they are wrong, let alone them actually having the ability to offer a sincere apology for their own ignorant, misinformed assumptions..

What do you think of this? Ron DeSantis Signs Legislation To Criminalize Harassment Of Police Officers,
Critics Claim Bill Criminalizes Filming Police Within 25 Feet
Ignoring the warning and coming too close with the intent to “impede, harass, or threaten” a first responder could result in 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Politicians are paid help make a bigger government. Keep playing their game and you’ll see you lose no matter who you want in office.
“My master is better than your master!”

I know what you are saying, But that's not the question. This new law in Florida could soon spread all over. What will the auditing community do to stop it? Is voting the only thing we can do? Are you planning to help the auditors in Florida fight this in court? I love your work.

I personally do not like to see cop watchers cussing and acting aggressively. The first civil rights movement, IN MY OPINION, should be used as a model for today’s movement. The first civil rights movement worked because it really show who the aggressors were. Now by no means am I stating to bow down. But I feel if we done it with professionalism the movement would gather more supporters faster.
