Sad part is nobody think about the kids it about what I want. Parents putting their kids in the middle kid dont deserves that. If parents weren't so selfish their wouldn't be no custody order, parents would share parenting time with the child. And you talk about the police but you didn't think about the child

Really no such thing as a “peace officer”.
These guys are law enforcement officers acting outside the law.
There's no such thing as law enforcement either.
Law requires upholding.
Tyranny requires enforcement.

They are piece Ocifers, POS Ocifers!!😂
@@johnwtobin156 Contextually. I mean hearing Peace Officer as the title for a corporate position sounds like a cushy job focused on a lot of new age/metaphysics junk.
Probably meant piece (of sh*t) officer.
Boy, you knock on my door more than three, polite times, you can take a freaking hike. RUN, you cowards, RUN!
I had cops come to my house late at night and bash on it with their metal flashlight to "knock". Left dents in my wooden door. Why where they there? Asking if I'd witnessed something that happened in the area. I have a door bell.
Such a tough guy. 😅
Way back I helped a man I was with get custody of his daughter. I don't have enough fingers or toes to count the number of times the "Mom" either didn't show up or showed up high! Thankfully it was at a neutral spot that was required to document for the courts when we were there & left. That poor little girl came away countless times in tears! Now she's a grown woman & chooses to call me Mom!
And?
@@ClarityDetermination Other than sharing their story, I believe the point would be that just because someone is a biological parent, with documentation and custody agreements, doesnt mean they are a Mom/Dad. Step parents are often far more of a Mom/Dad than the bio parents, and people tend to look down on them despite that. Its something that should be shared and more people made aware of.
7:33 "Not taking either side." You sure about that? Cause you're at my house...
Yeah, right. Cops don't have facts, let me fill you in.
Cops get called. They respond and (hopefully) react accordingly as they hear more information. It's not always about "sides" just because they show up.
@@AJHart-eg1ys Speculating here but that dad had the "cop" knock down pat. I think maybe he is a cop and the other two were his buddies, not on an official dispatched call. They left quickly when the man on the other side of the ring camera threatened to call the cops if they didn't leave. If I'm right they certainly didn't want dispatch to find our they were on an unauthorized call. I don't know police procedures but I think if actually dispatched the cops would have been knocking with the dad standing behind them. Like I said just guessing.
They should have to do due diligence and see the court papers before they just go out to a house to do a knock and talk with the one party in tow at the request of that party. That shows partiality already. The dad should have had to provide evidence of what he was saying before they accommodated him to the residence on a civil matter.
@@kbc1883 Exactly the reason they won't do this, even if "dad" had court papers cops don't know if there the latest and greatest, nor are cops they trained to interpret them. Cops will say it's civil matter. If they did go to the house with "dad" cops would be knocking. Did you notice how "dad" had the aggressive cop door knock down pat?
These are reasons I think the "dads" a cop and the two officers were his buddies trying to help with a little intimidation call. As soon as the man behind the ring camera threatened to call cops himself they quickly left. If I'm right this was an off book call and the last thing the on duty cops would want is for dispatch to find out there doing an off book call for a friend. Just guessing here.

Homeowner should have had the loser trespassed from your property on video.
Good idea!
Arrested if there is a protection order, good chance there is if the child exchange is done in a public place.
Do y'all have enough information to know if this dad is shitty or not???
@@huck2284 Did you not see enough already? He drug two cops with him to a private residence based on a lie. He was late and there obviously is a window that he needs to be there within. He couldn't make the drop off on time but he's got time to get the po po and trespass on private property? They make the child exchange at the police department. That says everything about how the two parents are conducting themselves. The fact that step dad has to intervene is another clue. They are both POS..
The looser was trespassed on video. It was explicitly stated that the dad "WAS NOT PERMITED on the property". That is a legal trespass notice and it would stick in almost any court.
How can you be here to facilitate a parenting transfer if you have 1) no access to the parenting agreement and 2) have no clue if the individual you are with has any right to be on said property? That sounds like exactly what the home owner is saying, that you are there as an intimidation tactic. Garbage policing. You need to actually know what the agreement is before you go out to the house to force compliance, that's basic as hell.

Cops should have investigated the child-parenting agreement or the school video before they believed the dead-beat dad without proof.

they can if there is probable cause that the child might be in danger and a lot of these comments are bias and judgmental without knowing both sides of the story even the facts from this clip you can not know the truth and it is all just assumptions even though the cops left this could be also misleading because they may have decided not to get involved, the only thing you can be certainly with is that they did not do their homework first.

Those cops didn’t investigate but just listened to a guys whinging. Surely in parental dispute they know there are 2 sides to a story. First question would be where and what time should you pick the child up? Second question were you there? Then contact the court or your lawyer. You can’t interfere. I’ve held sobbing children when one parent blocks pick up by making false allegations and police arrive. I’ve seen the evil liar laughing at the child and other parents distress. Admitting to me she lied. I’ve given statements to that effect. This is ugly stuff. But you can’t interfere.
Wait a minute. The cops didn't come over to arrest anybody. They came over to get the other side of the story, which they got. Also, cops or anybody (except trespassed persons) can walk up to your door, knock and ask to speak to someone. Clearly to me, they showed up to intercede between 2 parties. Just because a whole lot of police officers show up on TH-cam beating people up and violating their civil rights, doesn't mean that they're all like that. The US has a problem with violent and ignorant cops, but don't think that they're all like that. If they were, the US would be on the verge of a violent popular revolution. We don't know what happened after, but I would bet that the deadbeat got a lecture (or worse) from angry cops for omitting some important facts.
Actually seeing cops do their job on behalf of a dad for once, is amazing! Top teir cops!

Most EXCELLENT video for sure!!!!!!!!!! These Deputies were so WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ty for the video it was an absolute pleasure as always. San the Man always gets the top videos and this is definitely one, step dad stepped in and showed everyone who's the real boss, Nice!!!!
I remember I was supposed to meet my ex at the library to spend some time with our daughter, but I sat there all day and found out that afternoon that she told all her friends her mean ex husband was in town and she needed them to be around her for protection. I found that out when I ran into her group of "protectors" when I went to a friends house after waiting at the library until it closed. I think it is important to understand a woman will lie quicker than a politician and a simp will follow her anywhere.
Actually, cop DID answer EXACTLY why he was at their house the first time. He didn’t seem to be hiding his reason. Seemed like he was getting annoyed with 3 connection cut outs in a row, so asked if he was home bc honestly easier to speak direct.
SJVT, you are the BEST!
I wouldn't even talk to them at all. They stand there all day for all I care.
Aqua shirt “daddy” and his body language tells us a whole lot.🤔
