Solanalot Soundbath Meditation

We call our home here in Solana Beach, California, "Solanalot" ~ Welcome!
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy this short soundbath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong. It begins with a spoken meditation, guiding your awareness through the energy of your chakras, and then you can enjoy the soothing tones of the instruments without interruption until a short, closing blessing.
This meditation is best experienced with headphones and in a place where you can truly relax. Listening while driving or operating equipment is not recommended.
