This was amazing! I was lying down with lights out and my music headband on. By the end I could feel which bowl resonated with each Chakra. I would get a warm tingling feeling in the area relating to the bowl played with the exception of the pineal Chakra. I'd get a sharp pain between my eyes and shoot across my face. I don't know what that means but it was amazing to feel the different Chakras being awakened by the bowls. My new nightly routine. 🙏
The pain you get between your eyes means that your third eye is opening. sometimes it could feel like a slight pressure instead of pain. I get it sometimes when I meditate.

I've never sat watching how the bowls are manipulated to produce the intensity of sound before and it is amazing to see how different the vibrations are depending on how tools are used. Lovely to feel and hear but just as lovely to watch.
