Interesting that each of Allmind's "contacts" has a different Mind Alpha part. They seemed quite random but when put together they make up the full frame. This game keeps on giving with the hidden details.
A point of note is that in several missions you can see AllMind controlled craft on the battlefield, such as in Operation Wallclimber around Volta's ruined AC. The targetting sensor eye is the same green colour seen across AllMind craft whereas Coral craft will have red sensors and then RLF have Corp MTs have the yellowish sensors. The ALLMIND controlled units use a particular frequency which you hear during GRID 135 CLEANUP, after that mission you will start hearing this frequency when you complete a mission, if your music volume is high enough. It's a nice touch for the all seeing ALLMIND.
funnily i don't see lot of people talking about the fact she probably tried to mind control us during the waking up cutscene( the prepare cerebral control coral and the fact our com call her master) and Ayre saying "look like no cerebral anomaly detected"(meaning she probably saved us from it)

ide like to point out that the enemies that were encountered defending the Stryder, were not nessasarly "in control" of those coral powered machines. the Stryder is a mining tool to extract coral from the nodes, and its scientifically proven in the notes that the corals are attracted to one another as a means to preserve. So theoretically speaking, those Weevils attacked the stryder to release and free their brothers and sisters from the RLF moving the coral to another location. But yes Allmind may have been involved in this act as its possible that all she did was let these unmannned machines out and attack the stryder. another is that the two endings that made Allminds operations go silent was likely due to the failed attempt of killing Snail and O'keefe. Since its shown that Snail was ambushed by Iguazu and 621, it's more likely that Iguazu confronted Snail all on his own annd perished. and if it wasn't Snail, it would probably be O'keefe. However I'de like to think that O'keefe may have still perished by Iguazu, but then gets killed by Snail. I wonder why ALLMIND created ECHO, an Institute AC but equipped with Ibis shield, launcher, and generator, and also IA Coral Nebula and Coral Moonlight. That was not for Ayre, right? Ayre just found out from ALLMIND'S arena top secret data, and emulate the ECHO as her own
Its a good question, ayre really did just find this hidden with allmind data banks. There nothing in game that really states what this was all about. We know from the area that there seemed to be a vast horde of prototype built with ac parts found but was this allmind messing about to make the perfect ac to finish its project or other ideas.
Iguazu can be seen sporting Allmind equipment earlier than the convergence mission, though I forget exactly when he first starts. I think it's pretty interesting that the final AC Iguazu pilots shows a degree of influence both ways, and is almost equal parts "Markson's" build and his original one.
I admit I have only seen this building during this period. Not even before the dive into the watch point. Still you right it very much show thst idea that although allmind has basically taken the body of g5 his firey spirit of close combat seems to very much alive.
My master, the Lovable AllMind. It's like I'm a kid, with AllMind rewarding ny good behaviour with AC parts. I guess that's why Iguazu is fodder, he only used AllMind parts after being uploaded
Ah I get the fear, people are losing thier jobs and artists are now having to prove thier work is not ai done. It's quite a shame really as I am sure it could be used for good, but so far it seems to only be causing trouble.
I think it's funny that, despite Nineball and ALLMIND having similar operating methods, their motivations are almost polar opposites. ALLMIND wants to see humanity evolve through Coral Convergence whereas Hustler-1 wants to maintain the status quo and will resort to any means necessary to do that. And given that Nineball's base 1st gen unit remained a severe threat even to second-gen ACs, I feel like it'd wipe the floor with ALLMIND if it was given modernized tech.
Honestly, up until very recently I had thought Nine ball, the Controller and Ibis were all more interesting than Allmind. But I think I'm starting to recognise how Allmind is basically a conglomerate of all those previous AI's directives - just doing its job the way it sees more efficient. Also the thumbnail is immaculate ACL, great stuff! The day I stop hearing "Armored Core Lore..." Is the day I get depressed
Well allmind certainly is an interesting character with traits from all the other ai. However i just can't shake the feeling allmind is something more then an ai. And thank you glint i will pass on the praises to the artist. Also ah glint! even if acl does stop i know they will always be other ravens and lynxs to carry on the ac love.
I thought the controller doing what it was doing was never broken but the people who originally made the controller knew that at some point the ai would begin to breakdown [think cortana in halo] so they hoped by that time humanity would be strong enough to get rid of the controller and go to the surface. Its been a long time since i've played AC3 so i may have messed that up
@@Argonisgema Well its been a while since i have touched ac3 too. However i think it remains as speculation as throughout the game i don't believe its a topic ever brought up. We get a few emails from the union and the corps believing the controller being broken i do remember. But none i believe talk about its creators.
I love how ALLMIND’s first pawn Sulla has his AC ENTANGLE in the NineBall color scheme. Too bad they didn’t have Sulla stick around for a while longer.
I love ALLMIND and Kate Markson. I like ALLMIND cause in the Japanese version she's voiced by Megumi Han who I really like. I also love ALLMIND's color scheme. Especially the MIND GAMMA color scheme that is used in phase 1 off the ALLMIND boss fight. I actually use it on one of my own builds. I love Kate Markson since she's the first girl to be nice to me in 7 years. Really formed a bond with her during all our time together. I will say story wise, a little disappointed that I knew that ALLMIND was going to be a villain. Despite being my first AC game, I knew that AC stories had a history of insane/evil AI so the whole twist wasn't really there for me sadly.
Ah I am sorry to hear that but that is the case with ac the stories do tend to like to focus on evil ai a lot. Mind you it would be nice to have more friendly ac pilots in games. Honestly he ps2 version of formula front really sold me on ac pilots talking to each other and working togther.
@armoredcorelore I've always suspected that Kate markson could've been allminds original personality, as they're voices are very similar. I think Kate could've been part of the initial PCA incursion of rubicon 3 or an RRI professor who went crazy before the fires of ibis. Although I haven't done much research myself into this theory. Felt it worth a mention here though
@@roninsghost108 Possible. All-mind is very much a thin on the ground with information so it every chance. Another favorite is seria as she does seem to have the motive for wanting coral release.
Just wanted to add that i really dont think allmind is dead. Her final dialogue seems to be out of desperation since she doesnt have anymore units to throw at 621, and they may go against coral release. But since they dont defy her plans, she simply leaves SOL 644 when it powers down. The thing is, allmind has shown that she can inhabit multiple bodies or swap betweem them in a moments notice since she is most likely remotely controlling them. That modulated voice you hear at the end is the same you can hear if you let kate "die" in obstruct tha mandatory inspection. That modulation is most likely due to thw bodies she is inhabiting barely holding together. Finally, if allmind follows the basic steps of project managemet, she would more than likely be in the monitoring and adjustment phase of her project (coral release) was implemented. Just saying but she could truly be dead as a doorknob 😅 But iguazu is definitely dead since allmind was seemingly deleting him since he strted to defy her "this ghosts of me wont last long"
Oh it very possible after all we don't really know what we're dealing with allmind. She or it did get what they wanted in the end so either she died not knowing or with her work done went off into the coral filled space and lived out a coral filled life.
That thumbnail goes so hard. 2:36 as crazy as that sounds, it could be an explanation to why the 3rd ending is locked behind the 3rd playthrough. (Of course I know allmind can't actually go back in time but still)
Thank you i will let the artist know. And ah honestly i speak from the heart here, i do dislike time travelling as i think it very overdone and lore wise makes it all a mess. But if we are to take the endings then yes time travelling seems to be a thing.
@@armoredcorelore When I first heard of the game's three endings I decided to use what I call the "Simulation Theory" to explain it. The first time through the game is usually when you get the Fires of Raven ending so that could be Handler Walter prepping 621 for the mission as he comes out of hibernation or as they are traveling to Rubicon 3 with Allmind generating the events based on data Walter would've...acquired thanks to his hounds that were lost before 621. The results of the simulation would've gotten Allmind's attention seeing as it is probably some level of illegal to conspire to steal the identity of an active mercenary, and it also explains why 621 doesn't have a pilot certificate until you complete all the training courses. When Allmindnputs 621 through the simulation of the Coral War again you'd get either the Liberator of Rubicon or Alea Iacta Est endings (whichever you feel would be appropriate). The ending for New Game++ is whichever one you believe 621 would've gone for as the third ending would be the one that 621 chose when he finally got to Rubicon 3. The only problem with "Simulation Theory" is Ayre ss that would mean that Allmind and Handler Walter would know she exists and would be influencing 621. What do you think?
I like the theory, my only problem is personally I hate simulations stories more then Time travelling. Don't get me wrong it just I feel cheapens the endings that are not the real ones. But again I like the theory. So take my ramble with a pinch of salt.
Allmind being Seria is a good theory. There's also the "Walter's Mother Computer" theory that assistant 1 created an AI to replicate the wife he lost. Both have holes in them but fit narratively.
Rokumonsen has no connection to Allmind at all. Look more closely at his parts and choice of weapons. Those aren't just any ALLMIND parts, those are parts that can be only gotten from the Combat Logs. Rokumonsen is an assassin, so he's likely gotten them from going after targets marked as a Combat Log.
Sure, but would that not make him an even better choice for an allmind insider in RLF then or better yet a better candidate for the project? I'm not saying your wrong as really we have nothing to go on at the moment.
@@armoredcorelore It can be assumed that Rokumonsen is not a Gen 4 like 621 and Iguazu. He's more likely to have been used as an unwitting pawn for gathering AC combat data until he, himself, got merc'd as one of 621's Combat Logs.
@@ALLMINDmercenarysupportsystemon a More Serious Topic, ¿Can you share some Information about the PCA's System? I'm Curious about Why the PCA Chose an AI yo lead Them.
Nope we just know their very active on Rubicon. It is suggested allmind was perhaps behind the mission to spread the news of coral returning. But again allmind innerworkings are very much thin on the ground.

6:21 we can also suppose that because kate is piloting the mind alpha/beta which arestated clearly by aire when fighting in the … integration project ? (I don’t quite remeber the exact name), the "arena" fights you unlock in your second playthrough of the game, that they are unmanned acs
I believe the arena fights are more simulations. 621 experiences. As ayre does pull the later arena fights from the data banks of allmind through a back door.
@@armoredcorelore yeah fair (though I just remembered that I wasn’t talking about the "aire arena fight" but the arena fight fight with mind alpha/beta/gamma, I pretty sure allmind (since she is the … commentator ?, for this fight)says that they are unmanned (sorry the confusion)
I am almost convinced that the Institute Machines destroying the Strider might be the start of the route for a 4th ending if they add DLC. Alternatively, DLC could be playing a Branch route of the game, and the Institute machines showing up and killing the Strider is like one part of a larger story going on elsewhere (since Walter loves to obfuscate info on anything not pertaining to his plans) it's entirely possible some of the weirder events like that massive explosion that blew up the Northern part of Southern Belius (or whatever the specific region is that exploded after you defeat Balteus) are also part of a Branch route planned for DLC. Also namely, the damaging of the closure satellite defense grid that prevents it from stopping the corps from getting to Rubicon.
Ah it from i would not put it past them. But ah there is so many dlc's i want, a red gun story, a branch one, a front one just to explore these groups more.
@@armoredcorelore yeah it's tough. I thought about a Red Guns and true Front storyline as well. I was wondering too if they were gonna do like what they did for the intro mission and lock you to an AC for like certain missions from other perspectives or something too.
I have a theory, I presume this is a conclusion that others have made before but here we go. I believe that Allmind isn't rogue but rather insist following their programming to a fault trying to assist all mercenaries possible by collecting the Coral merging with it, then triggering Coral release spreading it across the stars infecting everyone in the galaxy merging them with ACs and effectively exist in everyone's heads to other support intern fulfilling their programming. So overall they are taking their programming to the most extreme to complete their simple program of assisting all mercenaries .
Sure ai and armored core do tend to go this way with the ai going to far in its role the first timeline and second show. If i may share my own theory, i believe like some that allmind is in fact seria and allmind is her creation she is using to get back at humanity that refused her dream.
you'd probably be right anyway. there was alot of unfinished designs that were found later on. (chiefs mech is one of those designs) and entirely possible that Armored core 6 was originally a scrapped game, and the unused contents players found were scrapped ideas that were originally for Armored core 6. and once Elden ring got GOTY did they decide to resume making an armored core game, but from scratch. I believe NightFall Raven was an original Ac6 Protagonists concept, and Chief was the Antagonist in Ac6.
@@armoredcorelorewell, Nothing says it's true.........Neither Is wrong, Fromsoftware haven't confirmed if AC6 Is on it's own Timeline, happens after Previous Games events (like AC2 And Another Age) or this Game would Unify the rest of Universes/timelines into One.
I wonder if allmind was created back during the institute days or is more modern Also do you think this timeline will be continued. And what do you think the coral conversion did did it upload both human and coral minds into machines or gave everyone a coral buddy in there head while remaining with there human form or something else. And enjoy your holiday buddy you’ve earned it
Thank you and well to be honest personally i think coral will have been freed and made it home in humans and machines. Granted there has to limits as only a few people could hear c pulse waves. So i would think after having more time with coral that it would be a wide spread thing that affects humans and machines, but the game nor anything else really suggests what happens. And well it fit in with the theme of the dye is cast after all there is no going back. As for timeline i think from will keep on this then again it depend on the time to the next game. If its another long wait it could be another case of 4th to 5th generation links here and there but then going in one book, but its all lost to time so who knows. I hope they do but i also would not mind if from stepped away from coral for a bit and gave us a new story to follow.
Imagine if an novel lifeform appear out of nowhere overnight, I wonder how chaotic the aftermath of coral singularity throughout human civilization in the galaxy. 😂😂😂
I wonder and idk if anyone else has thought of this, but I have the theory that the final boss second phase mech is actually a NEXT. Mostly because of the size of the mech compared to the player and the green particles that surround the arena.
Ha ha well the similarity are there it just allmind to me does not feel like this ai trying to make humanity a better place to live. In fact i feel like allmind is very much not happy with humanity and coral release is its idea of putting them in thier place.
ALLMIND must be using coral processors or something, because it wants to "free" the coral and seems almost angry about the exploitation. Why would an AI do that?
Which is why the first line of the video opens up the idea that allmind is not just an ai. An ai created to make a better world or a mutated coral who has become something that can change its world.
Regarding the Strider: Allmind supports Arquebus from the shadows. And with you not taking on the Strider, how else is she gonna get rid of it? Especially since it hinders Arquebus' progress which is also helping her cause to reach the Coral and have the Vascular Plant rebuilt
Yeah makes sense. My issue is there is never anything solid seen. Not that i should be expecting anything really as allmind tends to do this with any information, wiping it to hide thier involvement.
@@armoredcorelore Too be fair, I also doubt that intends all characters to be subject to in-depth Analyses on all known things on them. If it interests you, there's a Video on Allmind and Iguazu which also goes into detail about their sense in the game
What if she was called ANY/ALLMIND and she wanted to achieve PRONOUN RELEASE??? For real tho i love her sudden bits of humanization when anything goes wrong. Her being completely taken aback or playing coy if 621 waits until the last minute to complete certain tasks. My favorite is her trying to keep up her cold robot demeanor when shes absolutely fuming at iguazu for being an idiot and "mistake". Shes my favorite girl failure
So, what I'm curious about is what exactly was allmind's end goal. During the boss fight with iguazu, Ayre says something along the lines of "allmind isn't trying to release the coral, she's going to..." and gets cut off and doesn't clarify what allmind is actually up to.
Well see you ask a very good question and you will see different ideas about it since as you said it very open ended and from does like to do this. You can also find a lot of videos that talk about what people think allmind goals here on youtube. (Of course give it time and from might put a lore book out that tells us things the game does not) But I'll try my best to give you what the game gives us. As throughout the game the release of coral seems to be allminds goal and its really the only thing it talks about. Ayre outburst however has lead to the idea that allminds goal was not to let the coral be free, but to create this super race of human and coral put together. Symbiosis is where two creatures benefit from one another, however in this case allminds goal would be creating a new being. It goes back to the ai of ac1 idea of guiding humanity to a better future, this idea has been seen as allmind end goal, not this idea of two species living together and benefiting each other. But instead making a better future for human kind by mixing them with coral. But again as you have pointed out the game only gives us this line and some peeks into allmind which most of the time is about coral release. There really is nothing that states what the goal of allmind is in black and white. I will write here personally I'm not totally onboard with this idea that the ai from ac1 and allmind share the same idea to help humankind. As allmind does talk about how easy chains made of humans are easily broken in the mission MIA. The ai from older games did not have this idea of merging humans with other not that they had the choice, instead they use cold calculations to work out what was best for human kind, who had to rise to power, who needed to be take out etc. In my own opinion this outburst and allminds general look on humans suggest Allmind goal is to create a future of new beings that it can control. However when allmind is taken out by 621 and ayre, its plan is stopped as it can't do anything as ayre and 621 release the coral sending it out without any control or plan in place. Coral is free and humanity outcome is unknown.
You have to forgive i had to translate my answer. I would agree one hundred percent about the time travelling idea. However i have to mention it thanks to the two endings that sent 621 back to the beginning. As for the simulation idea you are not the only one and while it is very possible, i admit personally i dislike simulation stories as i feel it cheapens the other endings Espero que me perdonen, traté de traducir mi respuesta.
Btw love your videos.

Would it be a twist like a perfect simulation of ng, ng+,and ng++ like allmind somewhat calculate what would the world and 621 would do... like it eerily looked like allmind travels time or calculate/predicted the future, a perfect copy... thats one high tech program... now what if... ayre were a copy of a consciousness like there was once a real ayre perhaps an old like the coral version of her is a perfect copy of her mind (Spoilers for the horror game SOMA) just like the horror game soma where they put their consciousness to the satellite but their bodies whom are also still have consciousness and still well... alive like theres two of them now... one human and one either machine or part material
Hmm sounds neat, i have never played soma. But i will be honest i personally would not want a simulation idea nor time travelling. It makes timelines very messy and would make the other routes that are simulated less meaningful.

I can try my best to help, but i would need the names however. I can also point you towards the ac wiki which has an excellent section on weapons and where to find them.
Well this is directly from the ac wiki. The IB-C03W4: NGI 028 can be found in a Parts Container hidden in the Chapter 5 mission "Regain Control of the Xylem." The container is hidden on a raised platform guarded by two worker machines in the middle of the room where the last two parasite modules are located.

Sadly not, the game really does just go oh look big final boss fight. But as you say both are and allmind use it. Completing the entire Arena (start to finish) right before the final mission of "Alea Iacta Est" is my favorite part.

ALLMIND is what the real world fears about AI
Ah I get the fear, people are losing thier jobs and artists are now having to prove thier work is not ai done. It's quite a shame really as I am sure it could be used for good, but so far it seems to only be causing trouble.
If we don't learn AI, we will be left behind
I think it's funny that, despite Nineball and ALLMIND having similar operating methods, their motivations are almost polar opposites. ALLMIND wants to see humanity evolve through Coral Convergence whereas Hustler-1 wants to maintain the status quo and will resort to any means necessary to do that.
And given that Nineball's base 1st gen unit remained a severe threat even to second-gen ACs, I feel like it'd wipe the floor with ALLMIND if it was given modernized tech.
Given what we know about nine ball i think the big red certainly would be quite the foe for allmind.
@@armoredcorelorespecially if we bring to the table the Upgrades he Gets in ACE: R (which By the way, are in fact CANON)

I love how ALLMIND’s first pawn Sulla has his AC ENTANGLE in the NineBall color scheme. Too bad they didn’t have Sulla stick around for a while longer.
True we needed more time with a lot more of these characters.
I hope you enjoy your holiday man. It's well deserved. Wonderful video
Thank you for the kind words and i will.
Just saying but she could truly be dead as a doorknob 😅
But iguazu is definitely dead since allmind was seemingly deleting him since he strted to defy her "this ghosts of me wont last long"
Oh it very possible after all we don't really know what we're dealing with allmind. She or it did get what they wanted in the end so either she died not knowing or with her work done went off into the coral filled space and lived out a coral filled life.

@@armoredcorelore
When I first heard of the game's three endings I decided to use what I call the "Simulation Theory" to explain it.

There's also the "Walter's Mother Computer" theory that assistant 1 created an AI to replicate the wife he lost.
Both have holes in them but fit narratively.
a coral mutation that allows symbiosis with a 4th gen or earlyer augmented human. allmind was looking for a partner just like ayre had found
Rokumonsen has no connection to Allmind at all.

Allmind is speculated to be Carol and Chief's predecessor
Just my theory
you'd probably be right anyway.
there was alot of unfinished designs that were found later on. (chiefs mech is one of those designs)
and entirely possible that Armored core 6 was originally a scrapped game, and the unused contents players found were scrapped ideas that were originally for Armored core 6.
and once Elden ring got GOTY did they decide to resume making an armored core game, but from scratch.
I believe NightFall Raven was an original Ac6 Protagonists concept, and Chief was the Antagonist in Ac6.
Not to mention the foundation from verdict day
Its a good theory to keep all the timelines together.

@@armoredcorelore LOL

(Of course give it time and from might put a lore book out that tells us things the game does not)
But I'll try my best to give you what the game gives us.
This was a bit late
Maybe really late but still great video
Never too late, thank you for your kind praise.
You have to forgive i had to translate my answer. I would agree one hundred percent about the time travelling idea.
However i have to mention it thanks to the two endings that sent 621 back to the beginning. As for the simulation idea you are not the only one and while it is very possible, i admit personally i dislike simulation stories as i feel it cheapens the other endings

@@armoredcorelore admito que la idea de la simulación no parece o es una respuesta satisfactoria pero almenos entra en algo que haría Allmind siempre queriendo saber que es lo que ocurrirá y como puede reaccionar para que su plan salga como ella lo quiere.

Would it be a twist like a perfect simulation of ng, ng+,and ng++ like allmind somewhat calculate what would the world and 621 would do... like it eerily looked like allmind travels time or calculate/predicted the future, a perfect copy... thats one high tech program...

Sadly not, the game really does just go oh look big final boss fight. But as you say both are and allmind use it.
