They must be reusing assets or something like that because you can get a data log from an AC wreck in the mission attack the watchpoint but the model for that wreck is the same model as G7 Hakra from illegal entry

Learning some lore now it’s astonishing that Walter sent his “ wolves “ in with base model parts no wonder they got absolutely rekt. 617 being the only competent unit to make any sort of head way at all. Think of the potential they could of had using Carla’s set for example.
Oh I think our master of hounds knew what he was doing, the three wolves really where sent as a pack to deal with the threat because I think he knew as a ac pilot himself they lacked skills. Walter knew what foes he was against and was willing to pay the price of blood to win this step in his plan. 617 is perhaps one of ac history everyday heroes but sadly not speical. The basic parts maybe have been his way of keeping out of needing corporations after all he did not trust them and Carla was as close as you could say he trusted. But nothing would have been for free either and I am sure even Carla would have needed credits for the acs Walter brought.

He is involved in overseer which does mostly observation and intervention yet he doesn’t see Sulla coming for us or even bother to warn of the loose end or give us any valuable information about the Cataphract we see later the very one who tore through the “ hounds “. Plus his boss fight was very disappointing I don’t claim to be a pro I’m an average player and AC6 is my first game of the franchise and I beat Walter first try with no gimmick OP build. Ultimately I think Walter is a glorified Dozer addicted to Coral just like the rest of them the idea of power blows their minds and according to Walters helmet appearance he’s definitely tweaking out.

He knew about all mind as we hear from all mind themselves how 621 handler seem to be onto them and they even admit he is quite the pilot. In truth the man had a lot on his plate, as you say he was carrying the overseers will on his shoulders which really Carla only steps up after his death. And well for sulla i think the issue there is ALL Mind has this great way of knowing everything and dealing with everything but never letting us see how. I personally don't find all mind as interesting as say the nine-ball ai as we saw how this ai used the corporations, the ravens and even nine-ball ac to play them against other as it took in information, learned from it and work on that to balance the world. Here we have an ai that yes was active and collected the data with its time on Rubicon but it seems to know so much and its never exampled. It just an amazing ai that can hack, program 12 ac's to fight, pilot an ac on its own and even absorb the souls of people or link them into a super machine. But back with walter Do i think he was a dozer? No i think he was quite a clever man who did not want to get attached to anyone. He knew how to play people to get what he wanted, how the corporations worked but not this super mastermind of war. As for his fight i know what i mean as i am not a very good pilot but even i beat him. But i think we could look at that as after being re educated i think we lost the real walter and got an augmented being fighting with the will of old self with the new.

I think the issue with this head is in game it is marked as a RAD part. However with the use of the words in its description, it makes it sounds like branch took the design of the C2000 head and basically altered it for thier purpose. I guess its really up to personal view on if branch took a already made scout head and modified it or did they only use the design, changed it a bit and then create this shadeeye head.
Finally managed to make the acquaintance after slamming my head against Balteus for days...only to run into the next roadblock with the Cleaner xD I did get him though, after the second or third attempt, and then brute forced my way past the satellites because I couldnt figure out a reliable pattern to dodge them.
You don't necessarily need to dodge the lasers. There is an indoor route that bypasses a large chunk of them but in exchange you have to fight a couple institute drones, and then a bridge you can fly under that even has little foot rails that you can land on to recover EN. After those two, you end up only ever needing to be in laser area for like 3 seconds

Comprehensively rebuilt by an anonymous independent mercenary group. To me this suggests RAD did not make this part, Branch basically looked at the old scout head and then built thier own version of it.
New parts incoming in the next patch, the hype is real! Another tetrapod no less, alongside questionable core and other parts to fill out the set. But the new weapons are something I've been craving on release, just that much closer to becoming the Cataphract!

I'm not sure if you picked this up on your 3rd playthrough when facing Honest Brute but I believe the reason he betrayed Cinder Carla is mainly he knew who she was and he sees the coral himself...at least that's what I believe when I heard that third layer of dialog during that fight. c2000 is one of the best looking frames, just wish there was a c2500 with similar looks and better stats
