"My next playthrough with Destiny" Yay! And I realize that you've probably not watched the new movie (which gave Shinn a YUUUGE buff and better character writing) but that's kinda why I'm here: I have watched it and can provide input on the dialogue. The idea is that movie-spec Shinn wound up in Rubicon-3 but did know of Kira's experience, so he wants to be more prepared. Also: is it possible to recolor the Destiny Gundam's viewmodel? Shinn's upgrade for the movie had a more muted livery (white V-fin and the whole thing looked a bit tlike Rey Za Burrel's Legend Gundam) but glowed red at high speed. Also would love to see the sword and gun be in gunmetal as a sort of "real type" spec.
@@FlyingCIRCU175 I've got the gist what happened in the movie, including the finer details. So I've got my dialogues mostly planned. And yeah, my idea is Shinn and Kira both got pulled into the singularity that opened up on their side of the universe due to unexpected effect of the Fires of Ibis fifty years prior. Unlike Kira however, Shinn's emergence into the world of Rubicon is delayed due to temporal distortion. So although both he and Kira got pulled in, Shin and Kira's emergence are at different places and time. But anyway's you'll get it in the story. I can't give it out completely here. He will be "informed" of Kira's whereabouts by his Handler. As for your other question, that's partially possible with a lot of limitations though. I've already done most of the recording. So just like Kira, Shinn's destiny will undergo a dramatic change. I can't put decals on any of the mobile suits though. They end up unseen for some reason. Still you can probably ask the real modder about it for future updates. Name is in the pinned comment of course.

Glad you liked it. Let me just say up front, this playthrough is part of a long double-fanfiction. As in two playlists. One featuring the Freedom(check the pinned comment for the playlist link), and another playlist with Destiny. Stories are put descriptions of every video of both playlists. It's all fanfiction, of course. Not even headcanon. Just pure fun. You can make out from the name, and the build in this video this is basically the Freedom with Destiny torso. The change or rather "upgrade" is explained in one of the earlier videos.
Kira/Flay Variant notes: * Flay is in the Coral Freedom's second seat, providing support for Kira. * After Coral Release, Kira and Flay awaken in a twin-seat AC cockpit on Earth. Ayre is still with them. * Kira and Flay are both fully human again, but different. Flay is now an Ultimate Coordinator, just like Kira, and the pair have a mental link, letting them share feelings and thoughts instantly. Ayre is also part of this link. * The pair have arrived around the start of the Second Bloody Valentine War, and the story ends with them going into combat against Atlantic Federation Forces who believe them to be ZAFT. (Please note, you can probably make a few adjustments to this for your Strike Freedom run. It would require a different intro belief to mine, given the Strike Freedom was a Destiny-era design.)
Seriously. I hope one day From Software brings Another Century's Episode back or brings a new Gundam game like their Gundam Unicorn (PS3). Those were good (except Another Century's Episode R)
A possible thought. If the Mod Maker were to include the appropriate machine in his Mod, what path would Mikazuki Augus in the Barbatos Lupus Rex take through the game? This would probably be a post-IBO setting, with Mika either being reborn in the AC6 world after his death at the end of the series or being brought there from the point of his death.

It's not bad, but I've already hit the character limit in the video description. It's interesting and nice and would certainly make sense that Lacus would also find a Coral companion. Seria as the Coral companion is interesting. Except in my story, Kira is restored to being a human in the end, but also evolved. Capable of Contact without any implants. i have my own plans for Shinn. It'll be a bit...twisted since his handler's gonna be a bit eccentric and he won't make Contact.
@@Archerxtreme the only things I didn't like about Armored Core 6 are the structure of the missions with few cinematic sequences and a progression of the plot where humans never appear, if it had been up to me they should have opted for a more traditional type of narration, I hope that in the next Armored Core 7 they do something different, otherwise I loved the game.

It’s good to see another Armored Core and Gundam Seed fan. I saw your Ace Combat mods a month ago and thought I’d check you out again. Looks like I’ll be binge watching this series. The CE universe was my introduction (and my favorite) to the Gundam franchise. So watching this was hella cool. BTW: I never liked the true ending. So all of humanity is either killed or ripped out of their bodies and put into mechs. I couldn’t abide by that. IMO, Ayre isn’t good and she cares nothing for humanity. She treated 621 with kindness only as a means to an end.
That’s a misunderstanding. They are not ripped out of their bodies or anything like that. The Coral and Humans are now in a symbiotic relationship. Which means you don’t need to be an old-gen Augmented human to make Contact. Additionally the Coral can choose to either make contact or have ACs as their bodies or leave them . Either way the choice is anyone’s to make. But it’s clear humans and Coral both needed to evolve to coexist.
@@Archerxtreme Citation needed. Neither my take or yours has been proven as far as I know. We could both be wrong. No one really knows what that ending actually means. It's all speculation. Regardless of that, Ayre even says many people will die as a result, that's my main issue. The mass loss of human life isn't something I can just excuse for the "greater good". Especially if I don't know what that great good exactly is.
That being said Armored Core series has always been like that. Very few endings or even missions haven’t ended in total mass destruction. For Answer was even more blatant that way

True enough. Part of my musings come from the other Bamco IPs like Getter Robot which has a lot of similar themes in this game. Since my pc is in service I’ve been spending time on ps2 Another Century’s Episode games lately. Still wish we got more of those by From Software. But in afraid after the fiasco of ACE R on ps3 they might have killed it.

@@FarremShamist IKR! It's not easy to implement though. They say that the next version of mod organizer will make music replacement easier, but for now it's a cumbersome process.

Got an idea for an alternate version of this story. Would like to see what you think. The premise is similar to the original, but the wormhole that pulled Kira to AC6 opened during the destruction of GENESIS, whisking him away from that final battle. And someone else was taken, too. Someone Kira knew. Someone in bad shape after Rau le Creuset had nearly killed her, only having been saved by the wormhole. (Yes, I am a Kira/Flay shipper) With Flay in bad shape, Kira more willingly undergoes the augmentation and fights to pay for treatments for her. And then Ayre enters the picture... How would that affect the story?
It would be a completely different story. I ship Flay with Kira too. I mean i ship Kira with both Flay and Lacus together, considering Lacus already knows Flay's feelings somewhat after seeing her father's ship get destroyed and seeing how Kira was affected by Flay before getting into a relationship with him later. That being said....I might use your idea somewhat for my X20A Strike Freedom (that's a long way in the future though). Flay takes her proper seat (the mech is a two-seater), Kira, Ayre, Flay, and Flay's companion agree to survive together and face what comes as one, and... **MAIN SYSTEM: ACTIVATING COMBAT MODE** Had an idea to more fully bring Flay into the finale. I have no idea! I so want FromSoftware to make another Gundam game. Their Gundam Unicorn on the PS3 was one of the best Gundam games ever. And not to mention their first three Another Century's Episode games! I'm hoping against hope they may make a real Another Century's Episode 4, and definitely not like Episode R.

That being said I'm not entirely against the idea as I used to write fanfics when i used to be in school and college. But that's something for me to think about later. :)
Best thing about this mod is you can even combine Mobile Suit parts with normal Armored Core parts. But most of the new animations are for builds with two legs. It may not work properly with tank legs or other.

I imagine a point where Kira goes full-on 4th-wall break and outright compares Iguazu with the druggies he faced in the back third of SEED, as well as Shinn. Kira: And at that point Iguazu finally finds out why Kira is considered one of the greatest pilots in his timeline. Hell, he can even go full meta and say that All that while Kira does something he hasn't done since facing Rau Le Creuset (or Orphee Lam Tao): go all-out for the kill. With no human to think about, Kira will hold nothing back and be the very force us here in real life meme him as.

then Armored Core new age starts. I wonder... they can collide the old ac with this, the ac6 aftermath ac's fused with coral entities vs the augmented human/humans across the habited universe. Project Phantasma lore reboot, project to counter the the corals then the "Next" project phantasma mixed with coral entities, a project gone wrong... so many possibilities
We also see it with the X10A Freedom in the battle over Orb in Gundam Seed. Kira frequently spins and shoots while flying backwards against the Raider, Forbidden and Calamity. Initially the mod's Charged Attack for Lupus was just a simple powerful shot in a stance. But the new versions have the spinning-retreat triple shot.
@@milleniumadam8643 True those moves are used in the games. I'm just saying they were there in the original Seed anime series too. The flyby saber spin attack is another classic Kira Yamato move where he disarms mobile suits while on the way to his real objective.
@@Archerxtreme Oh I know its in the original, its just translated as a model's moveset in another game. Because the animation in the series makes Kira's moves very fast and its hard to track it so its no wonder most pilots cannot stand a chance against someone as fast as Kira in freedom.

Personally I've always loved Quad Legs...er tetrapods...with Bazookas since Gen 1. One of the reasons being Quad Legs and Tank treads were the legs that best suited rail guns. So, generally my favorite build - in both power and looks especially - is heavy tetrapod - Verrill legs, HAL 826 Core, BASHO arms with Javelin-Alpha detonating bazooka, and Pile Bunker with 2x Stun Needles. That being said i also love speedy builds. So when the Lammergeir came out in 1.05, it was a dream come true. I make a nearly identical build with that, but Javelin-Alpha is exchanged with Little Gem - for weight reduction. The frame parts are almost all Lammergeir, but BASHO arms for the Pile Bunker. It's my alternate favorite build. The way it changes form during Assault Boost and Hover and normal mode is just beautiful!
If you can emulate, I highly recommend Another Century's Episode 1-3 (PS2). 3 is the best. Aside from Gundam it has a huge line up of mechs from other anime, villains included. The game unfortunately was never localized, but it is still easy to pick up and there are written guides as well. They are among my favorite From Software titles! From Software also made a Gundam-only title. Gundam Unicorn for PS3.
I remember when i played this kind of game on psp before yeah it is chinese language game i hope some game developer could have a game like this in mobile phone yes before they have the gundam gunpla warfare that game is good however the battle is not what i was used to play and it is in portrait position thats make it worst to play.
@@Archerxtreme i think it was a Chinese language im using MG AEGIS GUNDAM on that game he can turn into fighting jet mode and shooting laser beams to enemies thats all i could remember that was very old game from psp

@@Archerxtreme if only the main game's balancing allows lightweight to have more health and fire power. Genuinely, lightweight still feels under powered after all of these patches, even annoying at times with missiles rats. The few good and not annoying ones like the BVO build, are difficult to use well.
@@leoornstein3963 Sadly that's true. I play only offline, but even then a lot of things feel very bad when it comes to light weight builds and weapons. Daemon X Machina had everything really perfectly balanced. And gen Gen 5 Armored Core too...though i didn't play that much since it wasn't great for Single Player.

A good send off for this AC6 playthrough. Well done Archer. But quick question, are we going to see a future playthrough of AC6 involving NEXT ACs to give it more of a challenge? In particular, would it focus on White Glint?
Two things: As I said in my Teaser video before the Destiny was added, [ th-cam.com/video/5aTOWbP4lj8/w-d-xo.html ] I'll be focusing on the Mobile Suits mod pack for different playthroughs. So after Shinn, we'll be seeing two brand new and separate stories for Amuro Rei and Char Aznable. Unlike Kira and Shinn, their stories won't be connected and totally unrelated, aside from them showing up briefly in each other's playthrough. The second thing is, the NEXT AC mods currently available are parts replacers but they don't affect performance. So it'll be more like the existing AC VI units would be cosplaying NEXTs, rather than the old 4 and For Answer style of high speed action. That being said...ACs replaced with NEXTs is gonna be part of my future playthroughs. Would it be extra challenging? No, because they'll have the performance of whatever AC parts they replace. And if you don't mind mutliple mecha anime cross over, try out From Software's Another Century's Episode series! Brilliant games. Another Century's Episode 3 is the best. The fourth game Another Century's Episode R is fun, has a huge mech lineup but very disappointing in how the gameplay has been radically changed from the first three. The final game is more of an apology from Banpresto rather than a full story based game - Another Century's Episode Portable for the PSP. The games are purely mission based and not a story campaign, but it's mechanics are closer to the original trilogy.

"My next playthrough with Destiny"
Yay! And I realize that you've probably not watched the new movie (which gave Shinn a YUUUGE buff and better character writing) but that's kinda why I'm here: I have watched it and can provide input on the dialogue. The idea is that movie-spec Shinn wound up in Rubicon-3 but did know of Kira's experience, so he wants to be more prepared.
Also: is it possible to recolor the Destiny Gundam's viewmodel? Shinn's upgrade for the movie had a more muted livery (white V-fin and the whole thing looked a bit tlike Rey Za Burrel's Legend Gundam) but glowed red at high speed. Also would love to see the sword and gun be in gunmetal as a sort of "real type" spec.
@@FlyingCIRCU175 I've got the gist what happened in the movie, including the finer details. So I've got my dialogues mostly planned. And yeah, my idea is Shinn and Kira both got pulled into the singularity that opened up on their side of the universe due to unexpected effect of the Fires of Ibis fifty years prior. Unlike Kira however, Shinn's emergence into the world of Rubicon is delayed due to temporal distortion. So although both he and Kira got pulled in, Shin and Kira's emergence are at different places and time. But anyway's you'll get it in the story. I can't give it out completely here. He will be "informed" of Kira's whereabouts by his Handler.
As for your other question, that's partially possible with a lot of limitations though. I've already done most of the recording. So just like Kira, Shinn's destiny will undergo a dramatic change. I can't put decals on any of the mobile suits though. They end up unseen for some reason.
Still you can probably ask the real modder about it for future updates. Name is in the pinned comment of course.

Glad you liked it. Let me just say up front, this playthrough is part of a long double-fanfiction. As in two playlists. One featuring the Freedom(check the pinned comment for the playlist link), and another playlist with Destiny. Stories are put descriptions of every video of both playlists. It's all fanfiction, of course. Not even headcanon. Just pure fun. You can make out from the name, and the build in this video this is basically the Freedom with Destiny torso. The change or rather "upgrade" is explained in one of the earlier videos.
Kira/Flay Variant notes:
* Flay is in the Coral Freedom's second seat, providing support for Kira.
* After Coral Release, Kira and Flay awaken in a twin-seat AC cockpit on Earth. Ayre is still with them.
* Kira and Flay are both fully human again, but different. Flay is now an Ultimate Coordinator, just like Kira, and the pair have a mental link, letting them share feelings and thoughts instantly. Ayre is also part of this link.
* The pair have arrived around the start of the Second Bloody Valentine War, and the story ends with them going into combat against Atlantic Federation Forces who believe them to be ZAFT.
(Please note, you can probably make a few adjustments to this for your Strike Freedom run. It would require a different intro belief to mine, given the Strike Freedom was a Destiny-era design.)

This would probably be a post-IBO setting, with Mika either being reborn in the AC6 world after his death at the end of the series or being brought there from the point of his death.

It's not bad, but I've already hit the character limit in the video description. It's interesting and nice and would certainly make sense that Lacus would also find a Coral companion. Seria as the Coral companion is interesting. Except in my story, Kira is restored to being a human in the end, but also evolved. Capable of Contact without any implants.
i have my own plans for Shinn. It'll be a bit...twisted since his handler's gonna be a bit eccentric and he won't make Contact.

I love Armored Core VI a lot, but personally I think 4th gen AC games were the best.
@@Archerxtreme the only things I didn't like about Armored Core 6 are the structure of the missions with few cinematic sequences and a progression of the plot where humans never appear, if it had been up to me they should have opted for a more traditional type of narration, I hope that in the next Armored Core 7 they do something different, otherwise I loved the game.

It’s good to see another Armored Core and Gundam Seed fan. I saw your Ace Combat mods a month ago and thought I’d check you out again. Looks like I’ll be binge watching this series. The CE universe was my introduction (and my favorite) to the Gundam franchise. So watching this was hella cool.
BTW: I never liked the true ending. So all of humanity is either killed or ripped out of their bodies and put into mechs. I couldn’t abide by that. IMO, Ayre isn’t good and she cares nothing for humanity. She treated 621 with kindness only as a means to an end.
That’s a misunderstanding. They are not ripped out of their bodies or anything like that. The Coral and Humans are now in a symbiotic relationship. Which means you don’t need to be an old-gen Augmented human to make Contact. Additionally the Coral can choose to either make contact or have ACs as their bodies or leave them . Either way the choice is anyone’s to make. But it’s clear humans and Coral both needed to evolve to coexist.
@@Archerxtreme Citation needed. Neither my take or yours has been proven as far as I know. We could both be wrong. No one really knows what that ending actually means. It's all speculation. Regardless of that, Ayre even says many people will die as a result, that's my main issue. The mass loss of human life isn't something I can just excuse for the "greater good". Especially if I don't know what that great good exactly is.
That being said Armored Core series has always been like that. Very few endings or even missions haven’t ended in total mass destruction. For Answer was even more blatant that way

True enough. Part of my musings come from the other Bamco IPs like Getter Robot which has a lot of similar themes in this game. Since my pc is in service I’ve been spending time on ps2 Another Century’s Episode games lately. Still wish we got more of those by From Software. But in afraid after the fiasco of ACE R on ps3 they might have killed it.

The mod has even received an update in recent weeks. Now, even the X20A Strike Freedom and X19A Infinite Justice have been added....WITH METEOR (as a Core Expansion, just like the Destiny's Voiture Lumierre). Totally 6 mobile suits currently in that. Got an idea for an alternate version of this story. Would like to see what you think.
The premise is similar to the original, but the wormhole that pulled Kira to AC6 opened during the destruction of GENESIS, whisking him away from that final battle. And someone else was taken, too. Someone Kira knew. Someone in bad shape after Rau le Creuset had nearly killed her, only having been saved by the wormhole.
(Yes, I am a Kira/Flay shipper)
With Flay in bad shape, Kira more willingly undergoes the augmentation and fights to pay for treatments for her. And then Ayre enters the picture...
How would that affect the story?
It would be a completely different story. I ship Flay with Kira too. I mean i ship Kira with both Flay and Lacus together, considering Lacus already knows Flay's feelings somewhat after seeing her father's ship get destroyed and seeing how Kira was affected by Flay before getting into a relationship with him later.
That being said....I might use your idea somewhat for my X20A Strike Freedom (that's a long way in the future though). If you can, you can leave me ideas on each videos of my "Coral Freedom" playlist for how you think the story would be for each mission.

Flay takes her proper seat (the mech is a two-seater), Kira, Ayre, Flay, and Flay's companion agree to survive together and face what comes as one, and...

I have no idea! I so want FromSoftware to make another Gundam game. Their Gundam Unicorn on the PS3 was one of the best Gundam games ever. And not to mention their first three Another Century's Episode games! I'm hoping against hope they may make a real Another Century's Episode 4, and definitely not like Episode R.

That being said I'm not entirely against the idea as I used to write fanfics when i used to be in school and college. But that's something for me to think about later. :)

Best thing about this mod is you can even combine Mobile Suit parts with normal Armored Core parts. But most of the new animations are for builds with two legs. It may not work properly with tank legs or other.

We also see it with the X10A Freedom in the battle over Orb in Gundam Seed. Kira frequently spins and shoots while flying backwards against the Raider, Forbidden and Calamity.
Initially the mod's Charged Attack for Lupus was just a simple powerful shot in a stance. But the new versions have the spinning-retreat triple shot.

@@milleniumadam8643 True those moves are used in the games. I'm just saying they were there in the original Seed anime series too. The flyby saber spin attack is another classic Kira Yamato move where he disarms mobile suits while on the way to his real objective.
@@Archerxtreme Oh I know its in the original, its just translated as a model's moveset in another game. Because the animation in the series makes Kira's moves very fast and its hard to track it so its no wonder most pilots cannot stand a chance against someone as fast as Kira in freedom.

Personally I've always loved Quad Legs...er tetrapods...with Bazookas since Gen 1. One of the reasons being Quad Legs and Tank treads were the legs that best suited rail guns.
So, generally my favorite build - in both power and looks especially - is heavy tetrapod - Verrill legs, HAL 826 Core, BASHO arms with Javelin-Alpha detonating bazooka, and Pile Bunker with 2x Stun Needles.
That being said i also love speedy builds. So when the Lammergeir came out in 1.05, it was a dream come true. I make a nearly identical build with that, but Javelin-Alpha is exchanged with Little Gem - for weight reduction. The frame parts are almost all Lammergeir, but BASHO arms for the Pile Bunker. It's my alternate favorite build. The way it changes form during Assault Boost and Hover and normal mode is just beautiful!

If you can emulate, I highly recommend Another Century's Episode 1-3 (PS2). 3 is the best. Aside from Gundam it has a huge line up of mechs from other anime, villains included. The game unfortunately was never localized, but it is still easy to pick up and there are written guides as well. They are among my favorite From Software titles! From Software also made a Gundam-only title. Gundam Unicorn for PS3.
I remember when i played this kind of game on psp before yeah it is chinese language game i hope some game developer could have a game like this in mobile phone yes before they have the gundam gunpla warfare that game is good however the battle is not what i was used to play and it is in portrait position thats make it worst to play.

That's one of the features I love about the mod. All the Mobile Suits are ultra light weight..
@@Archerxtreme if only the main game's balancing allows lightweight to have more health and fire power. Genuinely, lightweight still feels under powered after all of these patches, even annoying at times with missiles rats. The few good and not annoying ones like the BVO build, are difficult to use well.
@@leoornstein3963 Sadly that's true. I play only offline, but even then a lot of things feel very bad when it comes to light weight builds and weapons. Daemon X Machina had everything really perfectly balanced. And gen Gen 5 Armored Core too...though i didn't play that much since it wasn't great for Single Player.

A good send off for this AC6 playthrough. Well done Archer.
But quick question, are we going to see a future playthrough of AC6 involving NEXT ACs to give it more of a challenge? In particular, would it focus on White Glint?
Two things: As I said in my Teaser video before the Destiny was added, [ th-cam.com/video/5aTOWbP4lj8/w-d-xo.html ] I'll be focusing on the Mobile Suits mod pack for different playthroughs. So after Shinn, we'll be seeing two brand new and separate stories for Amuro Rei and Char Aznable. Unlike Kira and Shinn, their stories won't be connected and totally unrelated, aside from them showing up briefly in each other's playthrough.
The second thing is, the NEXT AC mods currently available are parts replacers but they don't affect performance. So it'll be more like the existing AC VI units would be cosplaying NEXTs, rather than the old 4 and For Answer style of high speed action.
That being said...ACs replaced with NEXTs is gonna be part of my future playthroughs. Would it be extra challenging? No, because they'll have the performance of whatever AC parts they replace.

If you can, try out Gundam Unicorn (PS3). It's by From Software and one of the best pure Gundam games ever made!
And if you don't mind mutliple mecha anime cross over, try out From Software's Another Century's Episode series! Brilliant games. Another Century's Episode 3 is the best.
The fourth game Another Century's Episode R is fun, has a huge mech lineup but very disappointing in how the gameplay has been radically changed from the first three.
The final game is more of an apology from Banpresto rather than a full story based game - Another Century's Episode Portable for the PSP. The games are purely mission based and not a story campaign, but it's mechanics are closer to the original trilogy.
