    Love this workout! Thanks for sharing! Is it possible to get the combos written out? I am trying to learn how to set up my own combos in hope to share step with my zumba peeps!

      Shandi Moralez Hi Shandi- this is super old if I had notes I would have thrown them away. The combos in step are just back to back along with the music and you can label them whatever you want.

    I love step aerobics but sometimes it's very hard to follow the instructor. But yours was very easy to follow and I enjoyed it. I did mess up a couple of times but at my age of 53 I think I did a fabulous job

    super instruction , very fun. Happened on this by accident and loved learning this with you as my super instructor. Very nice progressions btw. love/respect... BTW..would like to know what bpm are used or music from???

      eyesignful This music is 133. My classes prefer this speed so I normally use 132-136 for step.

    I'm so excited! This was the 2nd time I did this step workout. The first time I looked like I a fool! Decided to give it another go and my foot?? Memory kicked in and I owned it! I was able to put more into it and enjoy the music more! I can't wait to give your other workouts a 2nd try! Thank you Karla!

    OMG I'm sweating bullets. I had to do portions off of the step then when I caught my breath I was able to use the step again. I liked this because the steps weren't complicated. Thanks for this.

      I made it thru the entire routine non stop doing the entire routine on the step...I'm feeling special Olympics right now. Thanks for this again.

    I really like her way of showing a move and cueing the next sequence. That’s seems like weird timing on the double stomp from side to side...like it’s three or six count versus four?🤔 does anyone else notice that? She does four steps on one side...then seems like she takes one or two steps just to get to the center...I’ll watch that again ...but that jumps out...

    eu me atrapalho um pouco para fazer as aulas porque não entendo inglês e com isso perco os comandos , mas estou repetindo as mesmas aulas e dessa forma estou aprendendo a sequencia. Gosto muito do seu estilo de aula!! Adoro aulas de step e a sua aula está sendo ótima para mim. Parabéns !!

    I’ve watched a few of your workouts and I think this video is my favorite one! Has a great tempo and pace with a good playlist and easy to do moves that made it sweat.
