Really liked this one! You're my favorite step instructor I've found online. Challenging but not impossible like others I've tried. No frills, just right to the point. Love it! Please keep adding more step workouts!

@@FitOutsideTheBoxhi Karla. 6 years later I’m retrying your workouts. This is sooo much better with the dietary lifestyle change we discussed. I’m not tired at all. So much more fun when your not pushing to finish it mentally because your body is not up to the task from all the sugar. Been doing your workouts over with the spring step. I think I’ll dust off the traditional step and see how it feels. Though I do enjoy the “give” in the spring step. I hope you’ve enjoyed yours.

Ha ha - this one is done a little more traditionally with 3 smaller combos which also makes me think a little more too DvotedWife!!! I did this "traditional" formula yesterday in my advanced class and the class likes it because we can mix 'em. My brain got a workout ha haa haa. Fun though. Hugs!
Great workout I love them all. Do you dance with a group or something? Every now and then when step you do moves that seem like you do or just can dance really good? Anyhow keep up the good work!
Hey Karla, not at all , I've just got fat and slow. Never had a problem following you in five years , it's just my legs that won't cooperate. They weigh 400 pounds each, i did it to myself! Happy new year, i'll be back tomorrow...hugs
