I would be really embarrassed to be an Izzie hater. And Izzie Stevens carried Grey's Anatomy for 5 years, the media called her the heart and soul of Grey's, she made every loser sit under a christmas tree, back in 2006, Denny and Izzie made the show and Chasing Cars a hit in the first place and even Shonda admitted that the fans harassed her in the streets for killing their romance, her wedding to Alex had the largest television audience of the night, she is the only main cast after 17 seasons with an Emmy award for her stellar performances till today, she was also voted favorite twice and she got 7 nominations over Meredith's character and Izzie and Derek were the most popular as a male and a female character back in the old iconic days and she made two of season finales extraordinary in the first place..Grey's went spiraling after Izzie's exit, the ratings fell apart and the only reason why the show is still standing is because she created a foundation so strong, and now kiss Izzie's mouth for having a show to watch in the first place. Literally.
