As someone considering a move from out of state, so far I’ve found your videos very insightful. You are candidly answering questions/concerns that I have and some I didn’t even think of. It truly helps to get the perspective of someone who’s been through the process that we might be considering. Thank you.

Higher sales tax then some states but no state income tax in Tennessee just like the state of Florida . ninety percent of the states have a state income tax so that's something to consider as well the cost the living is cheaper there compared to other states as well

With global warming, we have not had many hot summers. The record hot summer is still 1993, Winters are warmer and summers are cooler. Living here has improved weather-wise!

I've ran into a couple here and there but never been an issue for me or my kids as they just slither away. The two main types of venomous snakes are copperheads, and timber rattlers but I have never come across any personally.

You kind of remind me of Nate Bargatze, who funny enough, is actually from TN.

Rule number one for Blue Staters moving here: Don't vote Democrat. That's why you left, don't turn us into what you left.

Fascinating to get a guy from FL point of view. You just described 70% of the country for 1 & 2 !!! So that’s silly !!
For 3, Fly out of Atlanta (2.2 hours away) if you need to go anyplace. It’s ok !!
For 4, go to Detroit , Miami or Baltimore. So a non issue. Crime everywhere ! Silly comment
For 5, outdoors rock. I am inside person this is not a problem.
From Boston. I love Chatt !!
I gave you you a thumbs up . You’re video was a waste dude
