Went for a week solo travel in june, did a 12 hour walk from 40th, and 7th all the way up past central park, probably one of my favorites cities to explore.
Thanks for the comment! Yes, so much to see - a beautiful city to explore indeed. What a coincidence you did a 12 hour walk, have you seen my last video?
I’m a college student who can only afford the $1 subscription but I know it requires so much work to make this series. I appreciate all of your hard work Lex😊
Wow you had amazing seats to watch the parade. The day before the parade on the streets around the Natural History Museum you can watch the balloons get inflated with helium and watch the floats get assembled, its a pretty cool event
Yes we got very lucky with our view! In fact we were positioned right before the final turn where the floats would pass by the broadcasters, so floats would often stop in front of us and sit idle for a minute or so before it was their time for the TV pass-by. We also saw them briefly getting inflated the day before when we went to the Natural History Museum, although we didn’t stick around to watch too long. Thanks for the comment!
Hi Tommaso, thanks for watching! It was near freezing almost every day. I definitely suggest bringing a winter coat. Other than that, it was a great time of year to visit in my opinion, and just before all the Christmas craziness around the Rockefella tree, etc
Great video, I definitely want to try the Edge hang off the building! It's funny they make you wear a helmet though, I'm sure if you accidently fell off that would help protect your head lol :)
@@julienbondy Ohh ok makes sense, can't wait to go back to NYC in March 2023 with my son for his first time. I was a first timer on my own back this past December, can't wait to go back and try new things like that! Cheers!
I believe that one day i will be able to say: The human at the airport: "What`s your purpose to visit?" I'm: "I wanna visit the most popular attractions in your country" ❤🙏
I'm glad you enjoyed the city. The rats usually come out at night. Also. If you live in nyc, you will eventually smell the garbage when you wake up in the morning to go to work. Overall, its still a wonderful place to live if you can afford it.
Great to hear from you! I knew there was something missing about my experience.. next time I'll have to stay longer and stay out later! I'm sure if I wandered further away from the main touristy areas I would experience more of that as well. I will definitely be back
They act like closing the structure is going to stop people. They will just find somewhere else to die. This is about money not saving lives unfortunately. New York does a lot to take care of people without actually taking care of people

Thanks for watching! Yup, only thing we missed that I can think of was Statue of Liberty
What a great way to remember an unforgettable trip!

Great trip! Was it cold? I'm thinking to visit during next Thanksgiving and I'm wondering if I will freeze to death or not. Thanks!

Thanks for the comment!! I had the same question, the guide said it’s because you could easily smack your head off of the pulley system and harness

I'm going to New York for the first time in March. I cannot wait.
Enjoy! Hope you get the check out the High Line
@@julienbondy Definitely. It's on my list of to do's 👍

Nice job! Should have ended it with a statement of final impressions of your trip / the city
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback too, i will definitely need to add this to my future travel videos
Should do The Summit at One Vanderbilt
Hey Mike! Thanks for the comment, we decided to do the Edge because the Climb was our big draw. One Vanderbilt looks awesome too

Canadian right?
Sure am!
Where should we stay? Hotel named
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Time Square :) If you can find a decent price online I would recommend this place for convenience
who was filming at the climb?
Edge Climb staff had GoPro’s for the entire length of the Climb! Full video of the climb was included with the admission fee
which maps app did you use?
Thanks for your comment! We used Google MyMaps, it was our first time using it on a trip and it was really great
The vessel is closed for good. There were a few suicides within a couple months of eachother.
yes I heard, this is awful
15 mins in Times Square is 2x as much as needed to never go there again... Native New Yorker 💯😎
so handsome. lookslike turkish man
underrated channel!! u are so pro!
Wow thanks for the comment! I appreciate it. I’m just starting out 🙂
INSANITY
Sadly the vessel closed due to many people committing suicide on it, including a 14 yr old boy 😔
Yes we heard 😔 incredibly tragic. I didn’t want to mention it on the video
