I Walked for 12 Hours in Search of Mental Clarity

This past thanksgiving, I decided to spend a full 12 hours walking the Bruce Trail. I was inspired by Colin O'Brady, the first man to ever solo cross Antarctica. Colin says that those 12 hour long days of walking were the most profound days of his life because of all the time he got to spend being alone with his thoughts. I wanted to see for myself what a 12 hour walk could do, enjoy!

Hello, I'm Japanese. If you don't know where to go to a restaurant in Tokyo, you won't have to worry because the underground shopping mall at Tokyo Station is a restaurant area. There is also Yakiniku Like, a BBQ restaurant where you can eat casually by yourself, so you can eat without worrying about the people around you. For people who cannot eat pork for religious reasons, there is Genghis Khan, a lamb BBQ, and Yakitori, a dish where chicken is cut into small pieces and skewered and grilled. There are also soft drinks and juices available at pubs for people who can't drink alcohol, so you don't have to worry. There are probably not many vegetarian or vegan restaurants, so it's a good idea to check the internet beforehand.
Since ancient times, Japanese people have been taught that noodles other than pasta are best enjoyed by "slurping." Slurping allows you to enjoy the taste, smoothness, aroma, texture, and sound with all five senses. When wasabi gets into your nose, it tingles. This is because you sense the flavor of wasabi through your nose. It is said that slurping is important for soba noodles because the taste, flavor, texture, and texture when they pass through your throat change depending on the buckwheat flour used in each region. Therefore, from a Japanese perspective, it is unnatural to eat soba, udon, or ramen in silence without slurping. However, I know that in some foreign cultures, slurping is considered bad manners. Still, if you can slurp and enjoy your meal with all five senses, the Japanese people around you will be happy.

I understand that ichiran is a tourist thing but please please people ichiran is extremely overrated when it comes to ramen. Please try other places that are not chain ramen restaurants

I don't know why these tourists are so ignorant and easily impressed. Their homecountries are definitely boring. I was born and bred in Tokyo and lived overseas longer than Japan. My favorite country is Africa with the vast wildetness. I love the nature.

So true. Even New York City and London are boring if you have lived in Tokyo. Most of big cities in the world are old and anachronistic. No good mixture of the old and new like Tokyo.

東京に来てくれてありがとう🤗 神社や寺に行ったときは、穴のある日本の硬貨を入れると良いです。 なぜかというと、穴が開いていればそこから神様が見てくれているからという意味があります。 5円と50円が、穴のあるコインです。
小銭困るから100円か500円でよろです
500円はそれ以上の額の硬貨がないので良くないですね。。

"Veggies are out to kill you" is BEYOND stupid....... So vegetables evolved in a way to harm humans so humans don't eat them......but for some reason no one has...the VERY SAME same veggies are fine with gorillas, elephants, cows, bison, hippos, giraffes rabbits, horses eating them... IT IS BREATHTAKING HOW DUMB THIS "VEGGIES WANT TO KILL YOU" IDEA IS
First meal you’re already starting off wrong, you didn’t eat enough meat. Paul will eat a small piece of liver raw. He eats way more meat than you did.
Meat and fruit is AWESOME!!!
