The way Magy said that reminds me of Jack Sparrow and Barbosa. "So what now, Jack Sparrow? Are we to be two immortals locked in an epic battle till Judgement Day and trumpets sound, hm?" "Or you could surrender."
That was so much fun and I just didn't want it to end. And we finally got to see Jake.. and he speaks Spanish!(..who knew?). This definitely needs a second season, or maybe a nice long movie.👍 I'm gonna miss this (and your reactions) every week. Bring on Kanobi and Ms Marvel.. fast!!! Thank you Magy💋
I remember having the #1 Moon Knight comic when I was a kid. It was worth only a few dollars at that time and hardly ever went up in value. It's worth $125 now. I kinda regret losing it now!
Steven was always a real person to me. And I'm glad Marc felt the same way. People saying it was good that Steven was gone were wrong. I'm happy the show writers went a different route. I loved the ending. Marc and Steven accepted each other and are better for it. Loved your reaction.
You're absolutely right. The brain partitions itself and no section of consciousness is any less real than any other. Even if an outside source may influence how a particular alter self-identifies. That's just the subconscious filling in the gaps. Steven's name may come from a movie, but his consciousness comes from the same place that Marc's does, and is just as real.
Wrong? So people with a different OPINION...who wanted to see a healthy Marc with a WHOLE, UNFRACTURED brain and personality are wrong?? While you who wanted to see a broken man struggle with a disease are the one who is "right"....uhm okay dude...ssuuurrreee
@@ChrisSmith-tu9bu Dumping a whole part of ones consciousness in the desert isn't healing. And DID is not a disease, it's a survival mechanism. Forcing fusion prematurely isn't healing either, as it can make the PTSD unmanageable and cause further splits and generally make things more chaotic.
Loved this show so much! I’m pretty sure we saw Jake a few times before the post credit, but still a cool reveal at the end. Layla was absolutely amazing in this episode too! Bring on season 2 and put him in the movies too now! Loved the reactions as always cute girl! ❤️
Fantastic finale. Khonsu Vs Ammit although there fight was mostly in background gave me some Godzilla Vs Kong vibes. Layla looking 🔥in her Tawaret suit/costume. The ending felt like a cliffhanger for S2🤞 great reaction Magy 😃
Man I feel like I should be mad at Khonshu for the way he pulled a quick one over on Marc and Steven but all I see really is a God who needs therapy... He wants justice against the guilty, and believes in freedom of choice, but it's pretty clear that it's driven him past the point of any compassion for his victims, or his avatar for that matter
Hey, Magy! A too hasty wrap-up that left many threads dangling but provided a great boss fight Kaiju-style! The look of Ammit was magnificent! Loved the comedy between Layla and Taweret! The Layla-as-Taweret-avatar armored look was awesome. I can't believe the Ennead was defeated so easily! Loved Marc's sacrifice of paradise for Steven and their integration. God what a fun finale! Kaiju Egyptian gods throwing hands, Layla’s gorgeous outfit, loved it. They waited until the last minute to show us Jake and goddamn what a reveal!! Bravo!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Can’t wait to see more Moon Knight in the MCU and see where they take his story
When I saw that he was wearing the paddy cap (have one myself) I knew right away that it was Jake Lockley, the third more violent personality (in the comics Jake was, or problably still is, a cab driver). Whether or not we'll ever get a season 2, or see Moon Knight again in a possible Midnight Sons movie or show, I really hope we get to see more Jake cause he's a brutal bad ass, and that's the side of Moon Knight most us really wanted to see! We need more anti-heroes in MCU, we've already seen too much of characters like Marc and Steven! MCU really need to grow some balls and make some rated-R stuff, and I hope they can really do it when they're starting to make Deadpool and Punisher, my god I hope Blade gets to be rated-R, he's a half vampire who fights other vampires! My god, even the Wesley Snipes Blade-movies had balls in showing blood!
Oscar Isaac's said there's no plans for season 2. The ending was just to let you know he's still Moonknight. I'm sure he'll show up, again, but it doesn't seem like there's plans for another season of this on Disney+, at least at the moment.

Marc consciously made Steven to cope with his trauma of being physically and mentally/emotionally abused by his mother, but I think that he, or Steven, unintentionally created Jake to be the one who took all the abuse 😰🥺😣😔. He's the most violent, destructive, bloodthirsty and aggressive of all three alters 😰. However, while he _enjoys_ killing, and without remorse or guilt, he's not _completely_ without empathy 🤔, as he seems to mostly come out when Marc and/or Steven are or feel threatened 🤔, and it looks like he only takes enjoyment in taking the lives of only the worst and that deserve it, like Khonshu said, and he only chooses an Avatar who has a strong moral conscience (Marc has this and so does Steven, _especially_ ) and the 2 or so male nurses who he killed at the psych ward (I read somewhere 🤔) were most likely violent abusers to the female nurses, one of which he was calm, gentle and kind towards when getting ready to take Harrow and Ammit to their respective demises 🤔. And he seemed to have especially enjoyed taking Harrow's life, saying today was his turn to lose obviously for murdering or attempting (🤔?) to murder Marc (and Steven and himself by proxy) as well as punishment for his numerous other sins 🤔🤷♂️. He seems to not have any desire to harm _any innocents,_ which was also shown when he injured but didn't kill the teenage boy in episode 3 🤔.
Marc is from Chicago, IL (Illinois), and has a Midwestern American accent; Steven has a (slightly fake 🤔🤷♂️?) English accent, and has a higher voice; and Jake has a deep Manhattan New York accent 🤔 (in episode 5 he was the one who had a cut above his nose, and a deranged look on his face and tried stabbing Dr Harrow and then himself with that sharp desk ornament that looked like a tall and skinny pyramid 😰).
Jake Lockley also seems to be a Casanova, and might have been the one who set up that date for Steven with that woman named Dylan, in the first episode. Marc, despite him planning on divorcing, would have been too faithful to Layla to have done it, and Steven was too meek and shy to do it either 🤔. Also, she called Steven "Punchy" over the phone, and I heard somewhere that Jake's fighting style is boxing 🥊🤔.

Made it through another series with my favorite reactor, Magy. It's always a little sad when one series ends, but it's also a great opportunity to discover something new. Magy, please, please, please react to The Boys. I've pushed this series a couple of times to you because I know you will be totally blown away by it. Just give it a try, and if you're not hooked within the first five minutes of the first episode, then turn it off, but I guarantee you will continue watching once you start. Anyways, whatever you watch next, I will be enjoying your reaction.
This series was a near perfect series in the Marvel Disney+ Shows. I put it close second to Loki, Wandavision being my former second, and now 3rd favorite. All the scenes with Marc and Steven, now in sync and not fighting with each other for domination over the body was certainly a joy to watch, Layla does look badass in her suit (her dialogues with Taweret were hilarious), and her "Are you an Egyptian Superhero ?" moment was lovely. I was just a bit wanting more, like this episode felt very rushed, especially after the phenomenal episode 5 that took its time to delve deeper into Marc and Stven's psyche, the rapid fire pacing of this episode felt pretty jarring, and didn't leave much time to breathe. Sure, it's not as bad as Falcon and Winter Soldier, which after a stellar buildup from ep 1 to 5, completely botched its finale, but I could still feel like could have easily fit in either 2 episodes, or an episode of one hour long. Here it felt like a checklist of things to wrap up instead of an actual episode (so much happened offscreen), and that kinda prevented me to fully enjoy the finale. I understand why the director used the flash forward blackout fo the final fight, that was to preserve the final reveal in the post credit scene, but it just made the climax of the series feel kinda cheap, almost like a Deus Ex Machina, and that's just too bad. Other than that, it was still a very solid finale, and I enjoyed it much, I just feel that once again, the rest of the series was better and the finale was just a tad bit underwhelming, although still very enjoyable. Looking forward to see if Oscar Isaac will pop up again in the MCU later, although it's gonna be hard, since now the only one with powers is Jake, and I don't see an entire series or movie with the 2 others having to moonlight buttnaked while Jake is the only one with powers.
I absolutely loved everything in this episode the cgi the action the fighting sequences and I loved how Marc, Steven and Layla worked together I loved Steven’s new moves everything was just so good I hated Harrow he was just so bad at everything in this episode I loved the hippo, yea basically everything was good in this episode I also loved the for shadowing of Jake Lockley everything was just so cool also the end credit scene was a little suspicious… but anyways loved the reaction hope you have a great day!
I like this show except for Marc always blacking out when Jake was in control....it was interesting initially to give you a sense of Marcs confusion but once he became aware of Steven it hurt the show and the payoff...the reveal of Jake was the most weak twist that everyone saw coming episodes in advance....the show had so many good aspects but it REALLY struggled with the ending
Harrow: "This doesn't need to happen"
Magy: "Yeah ya know you can stop"
When are these bad guys going to start listening to Magy
they never listen😭
The way Magy said that reminds me of Jack Sparrow and Barbosa.
"So what now, Jack Sparrow? Are we to be two immortals locked in an epic battle till Judgement Day and trumpets sound, hm?"

I think the speaking Spanish is due to Oscar Isaac being Guatemalan-American 🤔. And as such, is a Hispanic Jew in character 🤔.

Finale 🤯 hey magy, May the 4th be with you ^_^ there's a new obi wan trailer that released today (star wars day)
Your so excited 😁
I have to admit, I wasn't really feeling Layla until she became an avatar. She was incredible.
Vaya con dios- Jake
I absolutely loved everything in this episode the cgi the action the fighting sequences and I loved how Marc, Steven and Layla worked together I loved Steven’s new moves everything was just so good I hated Harrow he was just so bad at everything in this episode I loved the hippo, yea basically everything was good in this episode I also loved the for shadowing of Jake Lockley everything was just so cool also the end credit scene was a little suspicious… but anyways loved the reaction hope you have a great day!
Did you at least watched the last season of Lucifer off camera, if so how was it?
Are u doing a reaction to the new Kenobi trailer? That would be awesome
The first time I saw the end credits I was somehow shocked that Jake was played by Oscar Isaac lmao
Bring me crocodile lady!!!!! 🐊
will you do next the Reacher serie season 1 ? :D
😊excellent review
Please react to Turning Red
I think Layla said I’ll find him on my own. Him means Khonshu not Harrow.
And he still didn't get his money from Dracula
Lol
This show wasn't for me but that is just my opinion I'm glad others liked it
Next up: Ms Marvel - June 8th.
❤️❤️❤️❤️
