Because you are young, you are packing small cropped type pieces that an older person would not wear. This takes up much less room. I am small like you but a larger person clothes would also take up much more room. I don’t know if this backpack would fit most people’s items.
Hello! I agree with all you have said but I would also like to point out an issue I saw many times over on my travels recently. I am a gen X western woman and far from me is the idea to fashion shame any other woman ! I am a strong believer in you wear what you want, crop tops and rara shorts… why not? This young lady is beautiful and her clothes suit her very well! But I would like to say to any ladies traveling alone or not, to proceed with caution when traveling outside western countries. I am not saying to cover oneself head to toes but to avoid what could be considered as too risqué clothing. I know her destination here is Bali and that is a place where string bikinis are part of the touristy landscape but I know for a fact that even though a lot of locals might be all smiles (in particular if they try to flog you a Buddha statue) they are not very appreciative of our skimpy fashion sense… Bali is part of Indonesia and is a Muslim country. Even though in some places like Bali, it may not show as much as say Jakarta, it’s always best to avoid attracting unwanted attention. Take care and be safe ladies.❤
@ what I said had NOTHING to do with shaming. Don’t know how you read that into my comments. I think all her clothes are super cute and I would wear them myself if I was young. All I was saying is that her clothes don’t take up much room so she can pack a lot of outfits. Someone older or larger would be not be able to pack that many outfits in that suitcase.
@@debbiewilliams816 please read again my comment. Nowhere did I mention your comment was to do with fashion shaming. I said I agreed with what you said… I meant regarding a larger person’s clothes. But I then added my personal thoughts on fashion choices as an experienced solo female traveler. It is a great shame and so annoying that we, women in this day and age have to be careful with how we dress. That are safety depending on where we are in the world depends on how much fabric we have covering us… so again, nothing here related to what you wrote. Just an extra point I wanted to make😉
Will Crosby be able to go carry-on only for her backpacking trip to Bali? Let's see 👀Thanks for hosting ANOTHER episode of Packed!
Very helpful! also LOVE Tripped! Do you have links to your other gear?
Did this worked for you with Singapore Airlines? I saw you with two bags did you had to chek in or not :)
I'm also flying with them
Yep! That will be fine- and you’ll LOVE that airline! 🤩🤩 have a great flight!
How bad is rainy season? I was planning to go early October
It will rain almost daily, but is beautiful no matter the weather. Just pack mindfully
Is t it 7kg for carry on ??
Varies by airline, so double check with who you're flying with.
Great idea, but much is not applicable to a big guy backpacking through a cold climate.

I meant « our » and not « are » safety. Sorry English is not my first language.
