But then again the sharks have chewed out people in the past for not hearing all the other offers and taking the first deal they hear. Also beverages is more Kevin's lane so I understand the risk.
@@nyteowl8069 Ye because if there are multiple offers then they have to compete with each other to get the deal. Which is great for the entrepreneur. But if everybody is out and you have a deal in your hands, then Kevin is the only one wanting to give you an offer, that's not very good. Especially in this case because Robert literally offered the original ask.
Why even go on Shark Tank ? And turn down and lose what you're asking ? She obviously doesn't watch enough episodes of Shark Tank to know how the Tank Actually works 😢 and yes I do feel bad for her, but it's simple Shark Tank 101 "Bird 🐦 in Hand"
This is why I prefer Dragons Den, it's rude to try and pressure someone into accepting an offer, "with all due respect" he says - he showed her zero by demanding she accept (and threatening to go out). It's totally fair and polite to listen to everyones offer. Don't "all due respect" someone when you've just tried backing them into a corner throwing your weight around.
He offered her what she wanted. She should’ve taken it. If she wanted to listen to Kevin’s offer after being offered what she wanted she clearly didn’t want to go with the other shark
It look like she has never seen sharks tank. She received the exact offer she was asking but she wanteded to listen MR WONDERFUL HUGE MISTAKES DIDN'T SHE KNOWS HE MOSTLY OFFER ROYALTY AND LOWER VALUATION I THINK SHE WAS STUPID.
If I’m in her shoes I would’ve taken Robert’s deal… you have to know it’s very unlikely Kevin offers a better deal and you already know the risk that if you even hear his deal, Robert will drop his deal, and then Kevin has the leverage being the only shark left. Bad move by her.
If she knows Kevin, she must know it will definitely be lower. Or is it she appreciates his wine expertise enough to settle lower, but she didn't expect it to be that low?
I hate when sharks force you to decide at that very moment, especially without listening to the other sharks. Just feels really bad and is not good Sportsmanships-. Even though I understand they’re sharks gotta have some level of respect and it just urgs me to no end.
It's especially annoying given the fact that on Dragon's Den they typically never do it, because it's considered unprofessional. You would never want to do that when hiring employees, because you would end up missing out on some of the best people by refusing to negotiate a wage.
I wouldn't have taken Roberts offer either. He would be useless in this kind of business. I wouldve offered Kevin the 10% with the option to buy back 4% at twice the amount later, so he still makes money and I get back my 51% of the company.
I would back out too if I were Robert. Nobody likes to be the backup plan, esp when he already offered exactly what she had asked for. Robert is not going to sit there and wait for her to sift through another deal and tell him no. Good for him!!! Ultimately, she needs him more than he needs her. While she is trying to maximize her options, other people has the liberty not to be one of her options.
Yes. I agree. She wanted free promo, while she takes millions of dollars from people and treats it like a game of Monopoly, being a million dollars in debt. A shark could have helped her pull herself out of what could very well become a huge mess, but she would rather keep going in her foolishness. Just my opinion.

Robert said she can close the deal or if she listens to Kevin then his offer is off the table, which is 100% fair given that he wasn't negotiating anything, he offered exactly what she asked for.
@@rozsagabor4616 fair enough
Hey and what he was offering wasn't wanted. It's a drinks business you want Kevin. Not cyber sam.
Mr. Brilliant with an earring, “You costed her her deal!”
@@Brandon-cg6lw Nah she shouldn't have taken it, who'd want to work with someone like that. Lucky escape.
This is the greatest show ever😮
Robert was right, but she assumed she was going to get a better deal. Can’t blame her. Kevin really messed her up.
Didn’t answer his question aside from it’s out of your own equity . You’re showing the other investors you don’t believe the valuation you sold them
Why cant Sharks respect each other....
No honor amongst thieves.
That's EXACTLY why it's called "SHARKS" TLtanks
Greed will F anybody up in any aspect of life❤️🔥
It's so annoying when one of the sharks demands an answer, defeats the whole purpose of the show.
I like to pull up Shark Tank while I'm watching TV.
4:00 that face tho lmao
Her accent is amazing 😍
It look like she has never seen sharks tank. She received the exact offer she was asking but she wanteded to listen MR WONDERFUL HUGE MISTAKES DIDN'T SHE KNOWS HE MOSTLY OFFER ROYALTY AND LOWER VALUATION I THINK SHE WAS STUPID.
If you applied to shark tank and you wait for Kevin's offer and let another one go. You deserve bankruptcy
ENJOY LUNCH BOYZ
I cant drink this stuff so I'm out? What? SMH
Does she not watch the show and know that Kevin would offer her a worse deal? She got too excited that she was getting two offers, and she lost.
Nope. Check what she is worth now.
She doesn't want Robert, she's in the drinks business she wanted Kevin. What the hell's Robert going to do that she couldn't do?
Robert is the worst shark. His deals don't even close after shows.
She was there for the free ad exposure
She want to do free advertisement on Shark Tank. She didn’t accept the Robert deal intentionally
She did nothing wrong. Hearing all offers is just smart buisness. What Robert did was not right
She gonna cry in the car! 😂😂
Not now though. 35 M net worth.
She's a millionaire now so she's probably crying in a really nice car
Oh man, tough one
Or just have soda water with a lemon.
She left with deep watery eyes and they are all cracking up laughing LMFAO!!!😂😂jajaja
I wouldn't have taken Roberts offer either. He would be useless in this kind of business.
I wouldve offered Kevin the 10% with the option to buy back 4% at twice the amount later, so he still makes money and I get back my 51% of the company.
Don't be surprised if they haven't struck a deal behind the scenes.
she went in for the advertising only
I would back out too if I were Robert.
She didn’t need him at all, she was offering a massive discount and Robert doesn’t know anything about drinks.
Robert is always like this
Good for her.
She messed up the deal with Robert 😂. Doh!
Worst packaging on a product I've ever seen, just awful
She wanted free promo
Yes. I agree. She wanted free promo, while she takes millions of dollars from people and treats it like a game of Monopoly, being a million dollars in debt. A shark could have helped her pull herself out of what could very well become a huge mess, but she would rather keep going in her foolishness. Just my opinion.
