Cyndi: "May I see if there are other offers?"
Kevin: "Of course, and you deserve to hear them."
What an amazing gesture when so often in the past other sharks pitch their offers and want them to be accepted immediately.
A lot better than "Crybaby" Daymond or "Take it Now" Mark
Yeah, that's always Cuban's move, just screams slimy.
Kevin has been like this since the beginning of the show, he's solid gold. If you watch him, he always lets them hear out any other offers. I think when the other sharks give that stupid ultimatum of, "If you listen to someone else, I'm out now!", that always just screams toxic, afraid, bully, negative energy. But Kevin is always a gentleman and nothing but class.
I don't think I've ever seen Kevin say the entrepreneur can't hear out the rest of the room, it's a nice breath of fresh air from the others scolding them for wanting to see if they can get a better offer from the people sitting a few metres away from them :/
@@etho6712 The only other time Kevin acted up was one of the entreprenuer got an offer from him, Mark Cuban was out, and they continues to pitch Mark Cuban so Kevin withdrew the offer.
Love how Kevin always lets people hear out all the deals instead of forcing them into a decision.
Mark be like: Here is my offer... you have 5 seconds to decide
Entrepenuer: Just 5?
Mark: 4...3...2...
Same. Something the other sharks have a serious problem doing
Yeah they shouldn’t allow sharks to do that
Kevin is the heart and soul of this show.
That's why he has always sat in the middle.
@@weaslepopper HE IS MISTER WONDERFUL
First I "hated" him because he was so mean but now I think he is pretty funny and somehow I like him now! 😄😃😁
He's an incredible PERSONALITY and an incredible businessman! Whenever he says he has a story it's hilarious!!!!! He is always made fun of but he has the best sense of humor! Huge character! He might be probably the greediest Shark but he is probably the smartest in the room including Cuban!
Facts!
Kevin really didn't throw her under the bus. His deal was a million times better.
Agreed
I would take Lori. A lot of products get a huge spike after shark tank so Kevin gets his million pretty easily and then he doesn't have incentive to try for 5%. If it does badly after it he doesn't care because he made 800k and if it does good than he have 5% in succesful company. It's only win win situation for him.
If the product blows up then Kevin’s deal is way better, if the product sells okay than likely than lory might of been a better deal
Lori is always better for single off product ideas, especially appealing more to women
You mean a million for him better
People like to ride Mark but Kevin is my favorite. He always has intresting offer and is usually one of the sharks that give an offer even when the others are all out.
Plus he is super entertaining. I love when he plays the bad/good shark sometimes.
@@THECCBSFILMSplus he always let the entrepreneur listen to every offer on the table
Cause his deals when everyone is out but him is mostly a win win situation. Entrepreneur gets the money and kevin is atleast 80-100% ensured 2-4x increase of his investments
Ive also seen kevin squeeze sharks so many times
Great join the other 70% of commenters praising him.
Enjoy your lunch everybody!
Thank you. You too!
Thanks boss! Enjoy your chow!
Just put mine in the air fryer and watched this while I wait
Maybe most cringe meme
My boy 😂😂😂
People hate when Kevin throws a royalty offer but some don't understand that he benefits from the company doing good. So you know he will push this and try to blow it up so he can make his money back plus more. He wins but also the company wins. Especially with this low of equity
Exactly. Especially if the business owner can afford it, it's not a bad thing. People just don't get it and default to hating instead of understanding.
Looks like the business is still going strong with sales on Amazon and other retailers and good reviews all around. Kevin did good on that royalty deal.
I bought it 2 months ago and such a simple amazing invention my sheets don't do this anymore and don't have to double wash double dry anymore
@@thatonehispanic7982 I'm thinking about getting it myself.
@@thatonehispanic7982 simp
The business failed stfu
At 15% Lori would've gotten this deal but I'm really happy Kevin took it. He's my favorite shark and the one with the most offers and sparks interest in those entrepreneurs businesses. Kevin also closes deals after the episode airs unlike other sharks with 50% of closing rate like Lori for example or Barbara who didn't even contact that food truck lady after the episode to close the deal even though she promised her to make her rich in two years. Kevin is the man!
Kevin deserved this deal. Lori was being greedy.
kevin makes a reasonable offer
'sometimes'
Kevin will always be the realest shark he structures his deals based on how much he believes in the company it is NEVER scummy fr
Love how the second she has two offers she pretty much starts interviewing the sharks to actually assess what each would bring to the table.
I am so happy for Cyndi. This was one of my favorite episodes. She deserves all the success.
Maturing is realizing Kevin is the best shark on the show
"I just thought Kevin wanted the money that was on the ground" 😂😂
I love how Kevin lets her hear out the rest of the room
lori offered a bad deal......
Fun Fact: Scrub Daddy was offered $200K for 20% by Lori the exact same deal. Aaron the CEO is now worth $100 million and has grossed over $900 million in sales (more than all of Lori's deals combined before she joined the show).
@@davidbowman2038This is not scrub daddy
How is $200K for 20 percent a bad deal then? When Lori offered the exact same deal about 10 years ago to Scrub Daddy? I'm surprised she didn't ask for 30% for Wad-Free.
@@davidbowman2038 Because she got a better deal in the end
@@davidbowman2038 because the valuation wouldnt make sense? If an entrepreneur truly believe in their company and that it'll grow to tens or hundreds of millions, the 1 million that doesn't really have a fixed time limit has far LESS value than the 15% difference
Kevin's offer was actually really great here.
Lori threw herself under the bus, such a greedy deal
25% lori😂😂😂 She has over 500k in sales with a GREAT margin. I'd say max 20%. Prolly 15% is a good spot. 25% tho is fucken wild😂😂
Usually they value a company by 1.5x of revenue or 5X net income. By her sales, her company is worth $750k. $200k would be 26%. So Lori was'nt being unreasonable. But then she has a patent so thats prob why she could negotiate to 20%
Her company had about 175k FCF, Lori deal still was a premium at 4.6x FCF and a reasonable offer. This product is godlike though so she should’ve went down and offered a valuation that included likely growth at a higher risk
8:40 if equity doesnt matter so much Lori then why dont u lower it?
she clearly knows marketing… she’s marketed herself very well
I love how half of the sharks basically admitted that they have no idea how laundry works and they can’t relate to the product
Love these post pitch banters between the sharks
She speaks very slow and clear, takes her time saying things. Hyper good skill.
Kevin knows his role on the show and plays it well.
3:15 good expression from mark... all these judges are good. love this show. 💗💓💖
Kevin didn't throw her under the bus at all. Besides having a point about equity, he let even encouraged her to hear the other offers.
This woman is an angel.. I know it when I see one
1:03 robert's face like i've been waiting for this my whole life lol
It is great to see how Kevin offers a deal that is fair and balanced for both of them.
Kevin made Ana amazing deal wow
She had such a beautiful story.
The Sharks basically admitting they don't wash their own laundry.
They're rich. Why would they do it themselves?
The fact that most of the sharks don't relate to Wad-Free, speaks volumes. They talk about the hustle and living on ramen for years, but clearly they've forgotten the actual "grind".
Kevin is a real one for hearing people out and letting people choose their options not like mark goes in last minute wanting a deal immediately
Lori: Asks for 25%
Also Lori: Equity doesn't matter.
What I learnt from this video :
Kevin sleeps n@ked!
She is awesome lady. I hope all goes well with her
Thank you for your kind words and well-wishes; it means a lot to me ❤
I thought that Kevin was just trying to get Lori to lower her deal more and she did, but she did say that 20 was the lowest she would go.
This lady knows what she’s doing!
She walked in there lookn crazy😂
A winner, blessed she is
I've tried these. They don't work. They don't stay on and even if they do - clothes still get wadded up in the fitted sheet. The sides are still open.
I was wondering about that
I bought one to try it out. I learned it depends on the kind of washer that you have. If it’s a top load washer with an agitator they get wadded up. If you use a front load washer without an agitator it works great. At least in my experience.
Thanks for letting me know. I was thinking about getting them now I am not going to spend the money.
@@WillE454 Hi Will, in top loading washers it's important to load the sheets in a balanced fashion around the perimeter of the drum, even if you don't have a center agitator. And of course, never over-stuff appliances. Please reach out to me if I can provide any additional assistance!
My gut everytime says go with Lori. Something about that woman
What a great entrepeneur. Wishing her lots of success
Thank you very much for your kind words, it means a lot to me 🥰
Im glad she chose Kevin
Lori was shocked, that someone sidelined her for kevin
Should've took Loris deal small household products are her specialty i feel like!!!
kevin can make you maybe 5 mill, lori maybe 200mill do you want 90% of kevins money or 75 % of the 200 mill loris could make you????
Lol I'd do the same, that's crazy 20% equity for Lori 😆
When Kevin rejects any deal. You know that there is something wrong
"Equity doesnt matter if youre making millions" - 💀 disturbingly predatory tactics engaged.
Kevin’s deal was wayyyyyy better Its surprising say that but Kevin have her a great deal.
25% is incredibly greedy
This was a good one 😂
I think she could’ve got Kevin to drop from a million to like 600k but I still think it’s a good deal.
lori was so greedy, that's a brilliant play from kevin, he highlighted just how outrageously out of line lauri's offer was by dropping his down to 5%, the proper counter from lauri would have been to drop to 15% and she WOULD HAVE gotten the deal... but because she is so damn greedy she couldn't even come to that realization and doubled down on her insult by only going to 20
if one person tries to take FOUR TIMES MORE equity than the other, they are negotiating in bad faith and deserve to lose.... even though i thought kevin's royalty size per unit was way too high, she shoud have negotiated him down to like 60c... it still would have worked the same and he would have got his million bucks back either way, he would just be more committed to help her sell more units
Lori got a little greedy on the deal!
% dont matter if she make millions? nahh, thats when equity matters most.
I think she could’ve negotiated Kevin down to $700K from $1M. But glad things worked out for them
Lorrie was being super greedy! Way to go , i hate when people say equity doesn't matter when your making millions lol dude it does matter bc i should be making billions
They need to get Shaquille O’Neal on the show when Marc leaves.
I only watch shark tank bcoz Mr. Wonderful is there who always enlighten the Show. I learn a lot from him
But u got this under control Mark and Kevin haha , Tyson Crusader J GOLD
She was smart not to go with Lori. Her offer was super greedy.
Lori always trying to sweet talk her way into a deal glad it didn’t work
This was intense!
Does anyone use this product? Any updates?
I got free chick fila strips what yall eating
Boom! Take that Lori!!! Ha ha.
Just seems you could cut something out of a square of plastic rather than than pay $20 for one. She never really even proved it worked.
Bro she is in graphic design ? The logo needs a redesign asap
right on time for lunch!!
Good episode
"This wont damage the sheet if u use it properly" 😂 most blend basic bot reply ever. In other word, it does so becareful!!!
Robert "oooooouuuuuhh"
The entrepreneur is a bit affected by too many emotions if she is calmer she can get a very good deal at 15% with Lori!
For once Mr wonderful got the deal , his was the better offer !
She did great
This must be Kevins not so greedy deal definitely better than lori
Lori baby talking entrepreneurs is pretty annoying
COUNTERING KEVIN WITH LORIIIII HAHAH AWESOME
10 % is too low I wouldnt except anything less than 15%
jajajajajajaj I just happened to remeber that meme in which once she close the deal with kevin, she start to develop his manners and or words and the end, ajajajajajajajaj
Oh yeah man this one is intense!
Lori was too greedy. 25% is way to much..
More like Lori jumped in front of her bus lol
Good for her, Lori's offer was too greedy
This problem is common in horizontal feed machines
We wash bedsheets in vertical feed machine.
A lot of people own side loaders
"I also have a copyright." No you don't, copyright doesn't apply here. That was an autoissue and the slightest challenge will get it canceled.
The title of this episode was misleading
Does anyone have one of these ?
Looking it up on amazon now 😆
I get burrito wad every time
Lori got stingy there. Kevins deal was good. But if lori would have come down to 15% i think she would have got it
I feel like daymond rehearses all his excuses to be out the day before
Seems Mark just holds down a ST chair.
Honestly Lori probably would have been better. She has far more experience with products like this.
