One thing I've noticed about Mark is when he is interested in a product and wants to invest, he is all over the ins and outs of the company, often times cutting off other sharks asking questions. Good way to know if he's making a deal or not
Update... *Bouquet Bar shut down in December 2019.* The 3 business owners were unable to reach an agreement with Mark Cuban. The firm, which formerly had a large social media following, has been inactive since May 2019, and the Bouquet Bar website has been deactivated. The 3 business owners... Alex and David's work at Square Roots Designs continues, and Sal is still working at his Internet Agency, Adaptive Media. They each put $600,000 of their own money into this business idea, and it's a shame they had to shut it down, for I loved the idea and their concept.
Unfortunately they weren’t able to reach a deal with Mark when the behind closed doors negotiations actually started. And sometime later, the company shut down. But they all seem to be back at their other companies.
I'm so glad Mark decided to go with them I can tell the three men are brilliant but is obvious they need a shark expertise on their business. I think there are going to do great I'm happy for them
unfortunately this company closed, marks deal fell through post show negotiations. Despite them being quite anxious they did do a good presentation and the product was great price was way too high which is why i believe it closed. Lori was right alternatives and close competitors were selling for less than half the price only the very wealthy could have afforded 150 plus for one bouquet and 2 extra small nicly packed chocolates is quite high not too mention tax on that
The person hired to create the clip titles really dropped the ball on this one. It should have been "Mark makes a last minute offer after all the sharks are out." You gotta give away the ending! Do your job!
Their desperation, hunger, drive, and wanting to get a deal is a good reason to get a deal. They are amongst the pitches who really wanted a deal. Well done
Unfortunately the didn't fall through behind closed door and the company shut down in December of 2019. Likely due to what Lori said about other competitors selling the same thing, but for cheaper. Of course this wasn't the only reason they shut down, but I am sure this played a large factor in their demise.
This company went out of business in December, 2019. Alex and David continue their work at Square Root Designs. Sal continues to work at his digital agency, Adaptive Media.
How do 3 dudes invest 200k of their own money in THIS? This was the business that three guys saw and said, we’ve gotta go all-in? I just don’t get it at all.
Mark did save them regardless how nervous the presenters were. I mean, it obviously worked out for them but next time, they need to make sure that they are calm when giving a presentation of a product. It's important for the consumers to see that the owner of a certain product is really confident in what they are selling. Anyways, good luck to the guys!
These guys went out of business in 2019. Their customer acquisition cost was way too high and they must not have been able to get it to an affordable level. There's no point in running a business where you have to buy every customer.
Came to USA at 15.5 years old on his own with only a small amount and then had to take things forward from then onwards himself - fair play to him. Shame it didn't work out (it seems, from other comments) but good effort.
There are so many garbage products on this show...This is the day and age of marketing. That is why the numbers do not matter much. People can put a marketing campaign together and make more money than having a job, yet there is no way most of the stuff on this show would last in the long run. The issue is that after coming on this show, whatever garbage is being sold, gets the ultimate marketing bump. This show is like running a super bowl ad.
UPDATE: They went out of business and decided to invest in 2 other companies. They now own Tesla and Microsoft and are worth 291 billion dollars each. Good job!
MARK CUBAN intuitively sensed the Potentialities in these Guys very high quality, Trendy Chic, GIFT Giving Biz a huge Business amongst Millennials & budding Gen-Z‘s!! KUDOS MR CUBAN!!💐👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤
Products were too expensive!! 155.00 for some roses and 2 little jars, plus shipping cost. Everything is so expensive these days and this is not a necessity, you can call any number of other delivery flower companies and pay like 50 bucks for some nice flowers!
UPDATE April 2023 - Bouquet Bar had a successful pitch in Shark Tank and, during its operations, gained several celebrity endorsements, accomplishing huge milestones. Alas, it left us disappointed when the official website was taken down, and the social media account was deactivated in 2019.
Sure the product is easy to replicate, but can another company replicate their level of anxiety during this pitch? I think not! I'm in.
They seem smart thp
Level of anxiety comes when u dont hv power in business and got fear of failing in it
So better , OUT
😂😂😂
😂
And for that reason I’m out.

It’s also heavily edited and you see 5% of the total conversation… there’s no way you can judge it from that
This is heavily edited. The reactions and things they say may not even come from the same presentation.
I want the full unedited 8 hour recordings including lunch breaks. And I'd watch the whole thing
@@ItsNotShakespeare where do you see that at??

Shoutout to mark for interacting with them while they were nervous. I hope that helped with their nerves.
I totally thought their awkwardness at the start was part of the spin.
You're all alone on that hill

I don't get it, they already got the deal, what agreement they needed? weird.
Most stressful pitch ever
Shark tank maybe but in all, I thinmk Lyoness pitch in Canada dragon's den was worse (and you should see Kevin in this)
You get stressed very easily

Exactly, they should get some tips from Dragons' Den's channel when it comes to giving titles.
