Sometimes I feel bad for Robert but then I remember this guy also backs out 70% of the time when he closes a deal on air
Made for TV 🚨🤣🤣🤣

@@hector5749 Not like emo rob
@@TheDogGoesWoof69looks up roberts deals, most never made it through
@@TheDogGoesWoof69look up the lady that was selling soap bars he closed a deal on tv and then asked her for HALF her business and she said no. Then later on she sold the business to some company
Mark was definitely the best match, they need the connections more than the money
@@mightymagnificent3267 when there is a personality clash
@@mightymagnificent3267 Honestly, I am thinking about applying for the show and I would hate to partner with Mark. I've seen interviews of his entrepreneurs and him and he seems more like a boss than investor. I think it's difficult for him to get out of that mode, his ego is too big. I would have taken Robert's deal over Mark any day. One of my projects is a restaurant and Barbara would be good for that.
A lot depends on the type of business. They all have their niches.
@UCDlwtynYMGeNZSb3ffJdxmA what's your business let me search it up
@UCDlwtynYMGeNZSb3ffJdxmA what is your business name so I can research it
@UCDlwtynYMGeNZSb3ffJdxmA
The best thing to do is to go in there with other offers from outside. Otherwise, they will sense desperation and take a nice chunk of your business.
Robert definitely don’t want Mark on that show anymore 🤣🤣🤣
LOL unfortunately I've got a strong sense he doesn't get a vote.
Robert looks so done...
Mark always steals Robert's deals away. 😀
Robert helped them alot with his 500k for 20% and he didnt get the deal 😢
Robert tried the pay-to-win strategy and still failed 💀
@@ogalxYTbro offered half a million quid and still didn’t get a deal
Robert nearly went bankrupt a few years ago. This is well-known he needed the TV show for the little bit of income and exposure it gave him. To raise cash he had to sell one of his Ferraris to a friend of his in LA. And yes, the sharks do get paid for being on the show. It’s something like $30-$50,000 per episode.
They chose Mark despite Robert's generous offer because he is passionate about not having student debts, which is the very heart of the reason why they started the business in the first place.
Well that and it’s the same valuation. So even if you take out the people same valuation and also they probably didn’t want to give up that much equity or they probably would’ve countered with mark would you do a deal with Robert 250 each at the 10% for 20% total.
Why does Damon always comment at the beginning of the video every time they ask for a low percentage lol
Yeah, Damon usually laughs and Robert says, Wow!
Cause Damon hates helping larger businesses he perfers helping the smaller ones
@@ridhwankazi9503its a myth
@@ridhwankazi9503you say that but every time a small business comes in he always says "its too early for me im out"
Cause he's black
it seems like mark is the only one willing to negotiate sometimes
This is genuinely one of the best ideas I've ever seen pitched on Shark Tank. I definitely needed this service in college!
Everyone saying Robert made a great offer, he didn’t. Offering 500k for 20% is a lot of equity, and they don’t need the cash. Only giving up 10% is much better even with less money since it will be worth far more in the future
Put another way, keep 10% more of your company and Mark Cuban does advertisements for you for $250k. Pretty worth it if you look at it like that.
Yea especially since they already are making very good multi million dollar revenue. pretty silly to give away that much equity at this point
Barbara: I was not in and for those reasons I am out! 😂
Excellent negotiation with 2 sharp counters
Robert said Mark cut their evaluation by half...but so did he offering 500K for 20%. I was surprised they didnt counter with 500K for 20% for both Mark and Robert.
Lori even spelled it out for you, "their VALUATION needs an evaluation."
They didn’t want to give up 20% they only gave away 5% each and their split is already 70/30 so now its 65/25/10 which is much better than 60/20/20
Just slight correction. It's 10% of total shares. So it actually works out 63/27/10
Jamesmalin... Yes, 100% correct
loved these guys. Really smart, really passionate and very well spoken
Its not about the money its about the shark
Wow! What an insult to Robert. He shouldn’t have to but he should sell himself or his offer more.
i just need a brother thats a full stack dev easy
Fun Fact: Wake Forest University, is not in Wake Forest, NC!
This why Mark has to leave the show lol. Everyone wants to work with him it’s not far sometimes 🤣🤣🤣
It's not near either 🤣🤣🤣
Mark sucks…😂
Well not always, these guys need connections in colleges and mark has that, if it’s wine then it’s Kevin, if it’s a DTC product then it’s Lori. It varies
@@Imbadbambamhow lmao he has the most company’s that are worth more then every single one of em combined
not always, for example, every time there is a fashion product, mark goes out and people give up even 30-40% sometimes for Daymond
It’s well overdue to get rid of Daymond…dude provides nothing to the show
Yeah and I’ve read negative things about the deals he does and how he’s screwed over many people.
Can someone please check on Robert. These guys didn't even look at his direction when they whispered...
You can always tell when Mark is interested. He asks a million questions when he is and he listens very intently without making funny faces
Poor Robert
Poor me
They had a great pitch.
This is brilliant
Really inspirational
Smooth pitch and easy choice bw Mark and Robert 😅 but Robert couldve gone together with Mark at 500K for 20% if he really wanted the deal!
I don't think they'd want to give up 20% of their business.
@@akibmohtasimthat’s exactly what I was going to say. Seemed like they wanted Mark and if they wanted to give or would be willing to give up more of the company I’m sure they would’ve countered to them both about 250K each at 10%
Sucks for Robert but 20% still takes away a lot of their equity. Also Mark actually explained what he would do to help them out, which is make connections to the universities. Roberts offer was nice, but throwing more money at them without offering any strategic help isn't necessarily their best option
You prepared really well and were very professional in your presentation and for those reasons I'm out

Robert got COOKED
Mark is everyone's first choice!
I'm having some serious problems whenever I take lunch. I search for a new video because I have watched almost all videos, so a lot of the time I end up searching for a video but still can't find one, and by the time I do, my food has gotten cold😭 what you people do in this scenario?
lmao this is me every day brother 😅
That’s crazy I’m taking my lunch rn and I’ve seen this video before haha
I eat my food. Warm food is more satisfying than a frivolous video.
@@Oldasianguy Understandable
Congrats guys! Super exciting.
200 is their cost per move seems cheap for labor insurance boxes and storage but I guess how much stuff could u really fit in a lil dorm room. Also 70k/yr at wake forest. Yikes
The moment someone say they sold door to door they are very likely to get a good offer from mark
Where's my lunch fam at?
🚨 Young Demolays and Kazaars, we see you 😁😎🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Robert got depression now😭😭😭

you guys are so excited that mark will give it top you slow and
Mark made a great deal.

This is a good idea. I was thinking about the company that delivers a big wooden box at your doorstep, you pack everything, they pick it up and ship it wherever you need it to go. But, for college students, these guys' service is a much better fit.
You mean pod?
This is genius.
That's a million dollars idea. Frfr.
God Robert seemed so disappointed…
🇪🇹 Watching u mark 👏 👏 👏
Make them MILLIONARES MARK !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love how they lie to their faces that no other companies do it or have key access. U-Haul's Collegeboxes is the #1 company for this. Massively cheaper (partly because U-Haul provides it's own trucks/storage facilities, moving labor etc) and more reliable. They also have more deals with schools than any other company.
Should have taken Robert's offer.....They will need more money
I'm so dumb I thought Robert was going to offer what they wanted twice 😂
I believe in these dudes
That must have been a logistical nightmare to set that business up
I noticed that nobody wants to take Daymond's offer, everyone wants to work with Mark.
Mark retiring so yes
Such a tenuous connection about paying off college debt. I’m sure “get a job moving boxes” (whilst I support it myself) isn’t quite the wet dream that college students are thinking of when they want their debt to disappear.
Now that’s what America is all about- not the government pay your school debt-
Love thiss
Enjoy your lunch
everyone keeps waiting on marks offer, sorry Roberts
70K a year for Wake Forest?
Thank u for not another food product and something different
Should of taken Robert
Sad Robert
Feel like Mark almost always wins when he makes an offer. Nobody can compete with his billion air status.
If they made 8 million, then why do they need $250,000?
Nice value proposition, but they make all their revenue in one week. What will they do for the rest of the year?
😂😂😂
Great... for rich folks and their offspring who can afford this type of thing.
Hey, hot stuff. I can make you one of the rich folks.

When someone offers you a crazy amount of money and you don't take it, you are not sales minded. These chumps will fail in the long run.
Robert was a little shut down :/
What’s for lunch everyone
I actually felt bad for Robert there. But Mark was the right choice.
Kevin: what was your deal?
Mark: $250k for 10%
Robert: you cut there value in half
Roberts offer was $500k for 20%…which is the same exact value proposition
How did robert offer twice?
Offered more money...2x more money
@@paulbulva9131 yeah but not 2× what they were asking for
@@victorthomas5464 kinda yeah...i mean of course they will bait..you couldnt really expect them to 2x value the company since other offers were lower
Why is Kevin O'Leary still on Shark Tank? He is telling the world not to invest in New York and California? This is a horrible look for Shark Tank. His political views are rampant on Fox. If he hates the USA so much, why doesn't he see if he can get work in Canada? I hope your viewers boycott Shark Tank, until O'Leary leaves.
he also was a part of that huge cripto-scam.
big mistake.. robert is the right person ,he has more money than all combined . people always this mistake
well if he has the most money, he needs to be a litlle more creative on his deals on occassion.
