Speaker is fluent, fair and charismatic. Very impressive compared to the past few.
Yes... But he's definitely not impartial... Which is what a speaker should be... He made comments on how good PAP policies were as a speaker... Why? Because his background is white... Will always have that white paper general scholar type of thinking... cannot be erased one... if not, 26 years later maybe when he see the light and his children start to suffer then perhaps can erase... By the time, too late... Anyway, its still own gang elect own members... No point... The white shirt lacks values, and just treats Singapore as a corporation... buy and sell only, define most things by $Dollar... other things not defined by $Dollar... your problem... the problem of future generations, not in their agenda...

that is NOT the criteria of a speaker, where attributes span from fair assessment of all members, furnishing equal airtime to all, enforcing unprejudiced discipline to any member on disorderly behaviour. A well spoken person is just another conman who can lead suckers jumping off the cliff willingly.

Even I’m enchanted by Cheng Li Hui to be honest. We only know TCJ as a politician and a role model example to the people he served. But he is still a man and human after all. Do we even have any inklings of his marital woes at home? I mean which man would set sights on other outlets if he is lovingly fulfilled at home? Rest it, pal. Separations and divorces are so common these days. But who are we to judge anyways? Let’s wish him the best! 😊
