remember when smash 3 came out and the american Smash Dojo website was all 'no inappropriate screenshots! we'll remove any of that!' (and indeed they would later censor any upskirts, even bloomers and pants and any bare thigh at all, for all future games, obviously under american pressure) while the japanese version of that same website was full of Sakurai taking upskirt shots of all the girls

Honestly, seeing a live reaction was pretty great and served as an entertaining twist to me. Plus, it really felt more natural to speak about general trick and tips on game development, especially to a live audience. Good stuff!
Boundary Break live, huh? Not only is that really awesome for Shesez, but imagine Shesez just breaking the boundaries of real life and flying wherever he wants

It still goes to show that Sakurai purposefully made the camera work in that way so people can see what you couldn’t normally see out of bounds and see how much detail Sakurai puts into each stage to this day

The reason why C. Falcon has a eye is that, in development, armor and other weapons were intended to break down leaving the fighter a disadvantage
Due to how much of a disadvantage, the broken armor disadvantage got scrapped but for Captain Falcon they didn't want to break the model so they left the eye in

Wow, everyone sounded like they were having a blast, especially the people who requested or asked about certain boundary breaks. I figured I'd go into this video thinking "eh, it's not that good because of the sudden change in setup," but low and behold, it was super entertaining watching this.

One thing i found, in mario kart ds, i did my own little personal boundary break thing, and something cool i found in ds, is if you use moonjump in baby park, you can see an unused bit of the minimap, its all on there and detailed i think. It was really awesome to see, but thats a neat thing i wanted to share 😄 if you already did it i apologize, but if not, i don't know, it could possibly be food for thought. But love the videos, you are amazing, and funny, and you make me laugh everyday while also amazing me, and i thank you for that. 😊

One of my favorite things about Double Dash is the connecting track world elements. Never noticed the volcano in Baby Park, and I wish Mushroom City was more noticeable on the colosseum. So cool!

I totally get this. I usually watch gaming related videos when I’m having dinner or something but when I go bed I’ll watch something like grandillusions (Tim the toy man). If I fall asleep, I’ll come back to the video and watch it the next day.

Imagine Nintendo make Mario Kart All Stars or Mario Kart World Tour and they bring back Double Dash as a separate mode for single and multiplayer, locally and online.
@Kyrstin Martinson Nope, that would be like saying Super Mario Land and Super Mario World are the same thing when they're not. I wouldn't mind the next game being Mario Kart 9 but I find Mario Kart All Stars a better name and it wouldn't be confused with Mario Kart Tour. However, it depends on how Nintendo makes it. There's already a bunch of new courses in Tour that clearly reference real world locations so they might go for World Tour.
@Kyrstin Martinson That's great! You should try the other Mario Kart games. I've played all of them and they're unique in their own way. Double Dash is my personal favorite next to Wii.

Man I remember this panel being there live in the audience it was such a good panel!
Sonic uses visibility sequences(VIS) to set his eyebrows and mouth to being visible, the rest of sonic's model uses model changed to achieve the same effect but with his ball and rest of the Body, the VIS take pretty high priority so when the set Sonic's entire model to non visible the VIS will keep brows and mouth in there if they got set to visible on it lol
Amazing amount of detail in Double Dash backgrounds.
Small explanation on why for instance snakes level in smash had a unseen sky-dome ... a sky-dome/skybox is a-lot of times used for lighting and reflection and saves performance (directional lights which are common used as the sun in games can eat up to 60% of performance if there are lots of reflective objects or shadows.
