They use the EXACT same refills/ink. I am assuming one of you pens was newer, that's why the Glow was writing smoother.
Gotta say that glow is nifty.I had a mini for about 3 days before I lost it somewhere.
Olight pen glow 4 me, but the color must be black of camouflage. Thk you for this review thumbs up.
Open GLow seems very gimicky. I have never needed a light shining only where i am writing. Seems like many opportunities for failure. All the wierd connection/
