I remember getting 99s when 99s were cool. Now they have methods ..legit ones now in game that allows most 99s in less than what 3-4 full days? When it used to take 2week-all way up to 6 week. I would come back but also saw Did they really make party hats worth nothing? Lol
@@williamkelly951 Party hats are still worth their gp, but that's in rs3. In OSRS the devs said they won't make anymore limited holiday items so phats flood the market every Christmas in OSRS.

Really hoping you address the faking accusations, you just deleting every comment and tweet mentioning it is not a good look. The fact that some of the kills in the video are on the same accounts but they name changed is hella suspicious.
1. He obviously can't delete tweets that other people have made.
2. 90% of the of the comments in here are mentioning this situation... He's obviously not deleting anything.

@@gratefulbear2183 I saw the Reddit post. He's been accused of deleting one guys TH-cam comment (1 comment that the guy apparentely reposted 3 times). That same guy writes bot scripts. People should be thinking a bit more critically about that; given that the guy has a crystal clear invested interest in someone like Pugger looking bad. We wouldn't even be having this fucking conversation if Pugger was deleting comments mentioning this.

4:40 loot doesn't appear if you weren't on the world when it got dropped, so by DCingfor an instant it counts you as having logged out and in, so the loot isn't visible to you anymore.

@@ImRadarMusp Personally, I highly doubt the claims. They were made by botters and RWTers (literally, the first post was by a botter and RWTer (ex staker) that he himself proclaimed in his flair. The video exposing him was made by a bot script maker, so if you want to trust them that's up to you. The evidence they presented can also be debunked. The coding mistake in the script can be explained by an oversight, the name change can be explained by the usage of one free name change (bots can use it). That does give some suspicious, but it isn't conclusive evidence. Plus, reddit is notorious for jumping on the hate bandwagon even though the guy they were attacking was innocent all along.

The reason why the loot from your kill disappeared is because your PID swapped when you dc'd, so the items were displaying to a PID which was no longer yours. If you would have waited 1min you would have seen the items appear. Ive had this happen to me before.

I thought it was just due to the dc/reconnection being counted as a relog - loot only appears in a world for you if it was dropped whilst you are logged in. Could that be it or what?

@@henry7518 The stupidity of a bot maker to make a script for easy clues that risks 2m killing thugs in wildy which has the ability to solve easy clues, yet can't teleport or run when they are being targeted. Killing thugs are a garbage way of getting clues as well compared to other sources such as ham members.Also the fact that the scripter would only code to pick up "Clue" instead of "Clue Scroll". TBH I didn't notice how staged it was on my first viewing, but taking a deeper look at it, it's just really hard to believe that this isn't at all staged lol

4:45 Items on the floor will only appear on the floor to people who were online on that world at the time that the item appeared. Since you disconnected, technically you logged out and back in, meaning that you were no longer on the same session as when the items were dropped, and therefore they disappeared. It was a part of the changes made to counter the whole GWD DDOsing issue I think.

time of day matters. Smart botters don't bot 24/7, ever. Ban risk is too high. You could check out botting forums and they'll have this warning everywhere.

I really like the idea of ‘normalizing’ bots (ie creating wiki pages for them) in order to draw more attention to them. If jagex sees them portrayed like this I feel like the more likely to get embarrassed by the product their putting out and really start doing something about it
Do we have any indicator on what Jagex's current financial situation is? With RS3 microtransactions and subscriptions costing fking $10/mo I have to assume that they're atleast turning a profit. So the question is, what are they investing that in?

The items on the ground is bc if you log in after an item is dropped even if its dropped normally and not visible to others yet, it wont appear for you.

There's a bot farm at Fossil Island by the Volcano agility shortcut. Every world they hop and mine the high tier ores. I mined about 1k volcanic ash on a pk world and they didn't seem to log onto it but maybe you'll have better luck.
If only I knew how to enter the wilderness for anything but clues.
