This is the same test today for whoever wants to know. Exactly the same. Jog regularly and build cardio or you will fail. The dummy drag is technique. Use your legs and don't try to carry it.
@@Preciousgmays No problem. I regularly do stairmaster twice a week and jog 2 Miles no matter how long. Progressively you will get better. Remember when you test to pace yourself. The first run is to fatigue you, if you knock down anything on the course you will have to restart that section. That will take away from your time.
Only thing going to get your tire is the dummy because remind you you already going to be running so really you have to push it thru the dummy and fight thru the last running and you good
when you did it was their any stairs that they added to the test? because i keep seeing they added stairs to it now i just dont know how many or if theirs a time limit etc
@@goodlife6942 Def not, this would be hard for anyone who doesn't jog regularly. It's not just completing it, you have to finishl under 6 and 4 seconds.
I took it last month. It’s definitely cake. But for those who don’t workout regularly, you may have a hard time with the run or the dummy drag. Still an easy pt test

Too easy I did this about 25 years ago
Did everyone pass the test?
If you don't pass this test... you have to be 600 lbs+ or severe health condition to not pass it.

The paper says 1/2 mile run in 4.3 minutes, did you run or is it just the running you do in the course ?
