I just took my test -correctional officer (8/30/24) and passed with flying colors The test was really simple! I didn’t study at all, just watched this video once the night before, and again 1 hour before the test and I was soo prepared! You’ll do great 🙌🏽 this video was SUPER HELPFUL. Thank you!
Just took my test 02/22/2022, and there are 97 questions. This Video was extremely helpful, pay attention. I have a handbook i purchased online that also helped me brush up a bit. I am willing to email it to anyone who needs help. We are all in this together! Dont over think it, study, pay attention and get it done. Stay Safe

The test will go way faster than you think, you'll have a lot of time just make sure you stay focused. Also, when it comes to the Image you have to memorize, write down key points , ex: what color is the wall, how many people you see in the front, is the weapon on the officer visible? things like that. Lastly, show up early, my test was at 1pm i showed up at 12 and i was already taking the test at 12:10. Please study, it'll make it 10x better..
Granted this I’m watching this video a year later…nothing has changed. Took and passed the CJBAT this afternoon. This video was extremely helpful and broken down tremendously. I’d say im a pretty bad test taker, but the break down of this video made it super easy when it came to the test. I did NOT buy the study book, I only watched this video the day before and the day of the test. Just take your time and read each question throughly and you’ll do great. Good luck👍🏻
Took my test 8/21/2024 and PASSED first try. I took the correctional V test specifically and I came back to comment thank you! Everything you covered was on the test. A lot of reading but you will read a long scenario and there will be about 3-5 questions off that scenario. I finished the test with plenty of time to spare and I spent a lot of time on certain questions to make sure I read correctly. Take your time, pay attention to the photo section look at clothing, writing on the photo, how many people are in the photos. One question asked me how many people were wearing ties, another what color was the dress the women was wearing, what year was the recruitment class? Yall got this!
I just passed my CJBAT!!! If you study and read everything carefully take your time when answering the questions . You will definitely pass 😊 on the written comprehension I got a 90 percent . Thank you for this amazing video
Brother thank you for all the great tips. Just passed today. Took the CJBAT in Florida. I had and 1-1/2 hr. to complete, I believe it was 142 questions. Another thing, the pic memo was 1 minute not 2, reading the questions first kidda help. Not sure if they’ve changed things but the scenarios were lengthy. I don’t remember a Spacial “map” question. 2024. just took my test (no prior studying only the puzzle game thingy he posted in the description) and i passed. the only thing i needed was this video. this video is really just a guide on what to expect because it’s fairly easy. as long as you go back to the information that’s already provided, you should be able to answer every question.
Passed my test Friday on the first go around mainly cause of this video. Also bought the book and it was pretty helpful. Don’t stress yourself out about the time it’s not as bad as it seems.
Future cop coming from Florida Literally took my CJBAT 11/12/24 and passed it on the first try trust me this guy knows what he is talking about .Also read the sample question he has and you will pass. Also be 100% honest on the test they will ask you some personal questions.

06/26/2023 (Monday) I just passed my BAT exam for Corrections. I did NO studying. I’ve watched this video three times which was helpful and took my exam. When you’re having to memorize the picture take note of hats/color of hats/color of hair/ was he/she wearing glasses/ did you see a car/ how many people in the photo, etc. Write what you see down to make it easier for you.
Really liked your video, helped me understand what each section stood for. Passed all sections except very first slide of questions. Never knew I’ve did really well except first section. Next time for second retake, not taking chance waiting four my ears retake it. ❤

SUPER HELPFUL VIDEO!!! I just took my CJBAT today and two miracles happened... 1. Trump Won! and 2. I PASSED!!! The test is pretty simple and shouldn't be stressed. One thing that most won't clarify is that there are two types of CJBAT Corrections & Patrol. Corrections: I've heard its about only 30 questions almost same layout as patrol. Patrol: for me it was 97 questions which arranged from everything he mentioned but spatial orientation! but keep in mind THEY HAVE A VAULT OF 100+ questions. Another thing is that they have you do a Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree at the beginning. It's a 1hr 30min long test give or take. FOR THOSE WHO ARE STRESSING... DON'T BE. COZ IF I CAN PASS IT THEN YALL CAN TOO!!! HAVE COURAGE brothers & sisters.

Any tips on Inductive reasoning and Memorization? I took a practice test and scored an 80 on memorization, and 60 on inductive reasoning but then I went to practice and managed to score lower in both sections....any tips? I tend to focus on the small details within a picture and not the overall details! As for the graphs I take my time to figure things out, re reading the question etc and still get them wrong.

So I passed the inductive deduction memorization written communication and the written expression apparently I needed to pass the attitude attribute section when that’s not in the book 😐 help I’ve failed it 3 times now 1/2/25

Oh the cjbat was fun. Took it 2 times back in 2011. Dont drink the night before you take the test. That is why i failed round 1

Is this test only in Florida, or is it in multiple states as well?
Most states have a similar test but I can’t say all of them do as I don’t know. All should have a state exam you will have to take though.
