10/16/2024: I’ve successfully completed the PAT test this morning, out of 16 people only one failed. Everything in this video is accurate, it’s the same test but in a different location on a trip of grass next to a canal so be prepared for slippery and uneven surface as well as higher grass. The test is at 6am and the first people to go had to run in the dark, so be prepared for that as well. The course itself isn’t difficult but you will definitely be out of breath after the dummy drag. strengthen your legs and practice your breathing in order to be successful. Don’t be scared of the wall, I’m 5’5 and could just lift my leg over it. WORRY ABOUT THE DUMMY DRAG, most people lost a lot of time there, including myself. Don’t go out there without any physical conditioning because you will fail, practice running and remember that it’s only 6 minutes of your life. Push through and give it your all. If you have any questions, I will try my best to answer them.
