Thank you for this upload, I am a butcher by trade and the way you have your left hand in harms way so much scares me. It is only a matter of time before you cut yourself seriously (especially when cutting something hard like pumpkin). Please get yourself a cut proof glove (mesh or Kevlar) to save yourself stitches. Thank you for this video I have learned from it.😊
