Upgrading an Ebike for Backpacking

Here are 4 things I did to my brand new Fafrees f20 Max Ebike to get it ready for bikepacking
1. Upgrade the storage capacity
2. Upgrade the seat
3. Upgrade the electrical system

Sounds like quite the adventure. Hopefully you have a plan for when it gets colder and wetter (and hopefully that plan is 'be done by then' but it sounds like you are planning a long trek so who knows). Good luck on your journey!

Don't get caught. Most European countries have a limit on the power an eBike can have and limit it (Norway and Germant is like 25 km/h befor the motor has to switch off). You would need an insurance for a light motorbike and a drivers licence for the beast. Good luck - sounds fun anyways. And in Eastern Europe they surely don't care^^

you need tubeless rims and tires and tubeless rim tape in order for the sealant to hold and for the pressure to hold, I don't know if you have that but good luck
