Lol of course wheat doesn't taste like anything. Does flour taste like anything? The flavour in bread comes from the yeast and salt. The type of grain used also plays a part, but much less
I think the orange tent stands out like a sore thumb in the wild. Might be time to think about a more subtle green tent to blend in more. Or see if you can get another rain cover to go over the top that's green to keep the cost down? Just a thought..
Nate is there a reason you don’t wear a second backpack while riding? It would increase your food carrying capacity along with anything else you might want
I’m a huge backpacker / mountaineer in the states, if you want a really high quality tent that’s not going to bleed you unfortunately need to look at spending $300+ on something from MSR or NEMO. There are also ultralight tents that weigh next to nothing but cost $600+. MSR makes a cool bikepacking tent that uses your bike to hold itself up in one side. Probably not worth looking into this soon to the end of your trip but maybe shell out the big bucks for next time!

exactly in The Netherlands for example if the cops see you biking safely and not 50kpmh they will not even stop you but there is a big problem with little kids on fatbikes who obviously can't handle such a bike only those get stopped
