@@hughug88 - We don’t know if they are also involved in city politics, or not. Some people are no doubt involved in various things. Just because they are revved up about the Middle East doesn’t negate concerns/involvements in local politics.

These types of demonstrations at the port of Oakland incentivizes shipping companies to route their goods through Long Beach and Washington. Take a drive down harbor road and you’ll see shipping activity isn’t what the media portrays it to be at the port of Oakland. After all these years of this type of nonsense a lot of shipping has gotten routed elsewhere.

"From the river to the sea" is from. Hamas is their elected officials, who was voted into their government. Palestinians are willing to follow and be run by them. You cannot fight for one without the other, unless you are fighting for them to be free from Hamas. They are the same thing.
