Charge them as sex offenders. They're near a school and their half naked. A guy I know took an emergency "pee" and had to get an attorney to keep from being charged as a sex offender because it was near a school.

During the Civil Unrest of 2020, while serving with the Army National Guard, our role was limited to observation and contacting the police when necessary. Carrying weapons was solely for self-defense or, in extreme cases, to protect innocent individuals in danger. Essentially, our authority was minimal during such situations, but the presence of weapons did deter potential threats, giving the impression that we were capable of defending ourselves and others if needed.
Yet, if a threat arises against our bases, we do possess the authority to intervene. Certain roads used by civilians during threats are under military control, granting military personnel the jurisdiction to take action in such areas.

As a Californian I'd say the decline into a cesspool of Oakland and other cities along with increasing state level quality-of life declines, is not by accident. Years if not decades of legislative foolishness in cities and the state capital have resulted in basically more uncivilized behavior, which is increasingly tolerated by the judicial system, and by the people themselves as they just become accustomed and accepting as they adapt to more and more lawless and/or trashy behavior by the people around them.

Scott Weiner SF proposed a new “…progressive…” law which makes it much harder for Police to arrest on suspicion of prostitution, wearing skimpy dresses in public. Estimated prostitution jumped 50% as 1/1/23 when the new restrictions went into effect.
Because there are no laws against wearing bikinis and what is and isn`t "indecent" is relative to perspective. I personally don`t see anything "indecent" about nudity because it`s natural and I also don`t think you, society or government have the right to stop prostitutes from making money. If ya don`t live in Oakland, don`t preach and mind your business. If ya do live in Oakland, then don`t look if ya are that uptight or just move somewhere else where there are a lot fellow moralists like maybe Utah 👉👉

Watching our entire state of California crumble down to pieces is just sad. This is also a huge problem in the slum areas of Los Angeles and the city and authorities just don’t care to do anything about it. Retail petty theft? Same thing.

These women are picked up on International. If they are not amenable to being trafficked, then they are jettisoned out on Seminary due to its semi rural nature. The women take up their spots on International. They seemed to be placed there with the precision of Goldsteam Guards. Pace sticked into position by some invisible Sergeant Major. This has been common on Sonoma Blvd in Vallejo for years. They are very open about it.
Same thing is here in San Diego and they do it right next to a charter school. It would be much easier if the government just legalized it like the chicken ranch out in Nevada. That way they're off the street and actually working inside of an establishment.

Some of these workers are being held against their own will and civil rights.
We can start to address the victims and help them get support. They developed trauma from this and most of all disease’s of all kind from sex with random people with infectious illnesses.
