In this video i will guide you about how to change the front fork oil of you motorcycle with correct measurements to have smooth ride while riding you motorcycle.
I have this Yamaha fzs bike however this method is applicable to all the motorcycle with the conventional forks setup be it Yamaha, Bajaj, Honda, Hero, , TVS and other brand as well.

As soon as you start feeling that your shock absorber is going too soft you can replace the oil. Make sure the level is as per the user manual coz too much of oil level will make your shocks hard.

Brother Nice to see your video after a long time. Brother need your help. My fzs 2013 version. I am worried about the mileage bro. I want to change the carburetor. Please suggest which carburetor will be better in terms of mileage and performance. For example Orginal Fzs Carburetor, Pulsar 180, Gixxer 155 Carb
Bhai belive me I thought the same when I was also struggling with milage I even bought a new carburetor but then it was the same store my bike is a 2010 model carb condition is still excellent so I am still using my old card and key the new on in spare I simply cleaned the card did the setting and ha check if the hose pipe which is connected between carb and airfilter there are other small bend and long pipe make sure they there is no crack or leakage coz I had one so I fixed it post which got a good improvement in milage and performance.

Na bahi don't install a new on i will first suggest to get it cleaned and set properly check for airfilter its is old .. clutch settings or old clutch plate can also affect milage...
@@MOTOMENTOR Bhai already Carburetor vacuum piston stains. Corrosion occurs in the direction in which the piston moves up and down. Note that I replaced them with new clutch plates, air filters, clutch cables, head cylinder block pistons.

@@MOTOMENTOR Bhai I am not getting good mileage even after changing so many things. It is becoming necessary to change the carburetor now. I saw another video where Gixxer 155 carburetor was talking about good mileage and performance. But since I follow you, i respect your advice. I will change the carburetor with your suggestion. Yes bro I know final video is pending all i can say is ill get the video soon but from my end its a thumbs up if you are planning to install it as m using the slipper clutch ever since i installed and its working absolutely fine.

Please tel me one thing, which grade is best for FZ 16 (engine oil), m using always CASTROL, but don't know about grade
Thanks bro.. company recommended grade is 20w 40. But you can also use 15w 50. They both work excellent... try motul 15w 50 semi synthetic which is in budget if there is no budget problem go for fully synthetic oil.

I am currently using 20w 40 however I have recently got the 20w 50 motul fully synthetic which m yet to use it .... I willl definitely share my views once I use it.

Hi rohit I will suggest you to check the user manual for the bike as per the model to get the exact and accurate information. Coz pulsar has evolved a lot and fee models have small and few has lil fat fork hence you will get the correct details as per the model of the bike.

After how many days have you changed the fork oil and oil seal ? What is the changer time interval??
In these 12 years this was the 3rd time i did it first time when it was leaking due to an small accident where I had to change the oil seal and spring. 2nd time also I did the same where a local shop fooled me and made me change the oil seal unnecessarily post which I decided ro DIY and recently I did it as it was just a oil change coz springs and oil seal were in good condition and I kept the new oil seal and spring in spare and belive me its working as a brand new suspension.

Fixed with both of new nock oil sil...87 mm gap oil... But not easy hard work!.. Spring is good. Have any others problems for any...issues?? Dear bro
It takes time to adjust . Mine was also feeling lil hard for first few days but now its working fine as expected.

Achha aur ek baat, Mere FZ-25 bike mei company ne normal NGK (model DR8EA) spark plug install karke Diya tha. Lekin ab Mai usko change karke NGK iridium spark plug lagana chahta hoon. Kaunsa model laga sakta hoon yeh thora help kariye na.. plz🙏
Ngk iridium is the best sparkplug for its life span i have used it in past however I found the stock ngk better... to use iridium spark plug at its best you that upgrade sparkplug cable and eht and even after that there is not a major improvement... I will recommend to stick to stock spark plug.

In total how much ml you have filled in each fork?
I didn't go by ml I did it as per the height level as shown in the video and recommended by the manual. If you watch the video carefully you don't even have to refer to manual.

After how many km or duration we should change fork oil
Recommendation is around 15k kms however I did mine around 23k kms after I started feeling its gone spongy and too soft.

Bro Meri fz16 mein service centre se new cylinder piston kit lagi h or Abhi 10000km he chli h 2000km pr service kra deta hu Yamaha lube he use krta 10w40 fir bhi service time pr engine oil level km ho jata h 200ml k as pas black smoke problem bhi h hose pipe mein crack aagya tha JIS se dust aata tha air filter box mein or missing sound bhi thi

Bhai company recommended 20w 40 oil hai for fz 16.. Ill request you to check your user manual again. Aur hai agar engine ka kam hua hai to valve b change karlene chahiye the... get the valve adjusted also ask them to service the carburetor. And don't use 10w 40 oil as its thinner as compair to 20w 40.

Sir install HP Air filter milega test after an before please
Tarun bahi mai ne k&n ka air filter use kiya tha which is much more superior than HP but belive me stock air filter is best. Ye aftermarket washable filter ka bhohot jhanjhat hai ismai agar oil sahi se nahi lagaya to issues hote hai mai ke video banauga is par b but thanks for recommendations.

Sir what to do if water get inside bike tank?
Disconnect the full pipe and open the file cock as water is heavy it will drain out and once you see petrol coming in you are good to connect the pipe again.
After how many kms should we change the oil?
Usually, it's recommended to change fork oil after every 10,000 km. but it's advisable to change the oil whenever you feel the following things:
1. If both of the front suspensions become too soft.
2. If it makes a sound of being hit when you're crossing a speed-breaker.
3. If the oil from the shockers starts getting leaked.
