I actually repair my own bike but doesn't know what size or what to buy.
There is no mechanic 10km radius in my area, that's why i have this kinda difficulties. I usually buy parts when i visit city.

And aur ek baat bataata hu aaapko jab m fork oils k chemical compositions pe research kr rha tha tab mujhey laga ki , gloves bahut jaruri h ( exact toh pata nhi but saayad nitrile glovs h .
Inn oils m kuch kuch cheezey carcinogens (PAHS and 5 others especially in synthetic oils )bhi hotey h bal.

Washer is either to replace with a new one or the existing one is to be removed and to heat up to red hot and put in the normal water immediately to reduce the hardness and make it ductile; and reuse it.
