What Roy says is TRUE! My brother was falsely accused in July 2015. His mother in law died from cancer (brought on my stress) in August 2016. In August 2017, our mother died, again from cancer brought on by stress. My brother was found not guilty in October 2016 (unanimously). The false accuser walks free - even though she has falsely accused several other men in the past. The CPS decided to prosecute even though there was video evidence of my brother being totally innocent
I am so sorry to hear this - and it shows even more how this is so common as to be a national scandal. - but most people keep quiet, often for justified fears of career loss, community rejection, and worse - from the public's witch hunt mentality and institutional prejudice of the same type.
So we owe huge thanks to brave people like Roy -
and all the others in the film "We Believe You"
False allegations are the ultimate weapon, they can be shot from anonymity, the effects are devastating, and even if you miss the splash damage is enough to cause irreparable damage, and there is no chance for your victim to fire back and retaliate.
exactly so - the whole weight and power of the state is out to keep all public pressure focused entirely on the man accused - even after it has been proven that he did no such thing, and evidence that could have been easily revealed if the state had bothered to look for it, shows that the accuser is a bare faced liar...
@@patrickgraham6786 It shows how weak and cowardly politicians do not have the guts to stand up to women's pressure groups and grant anonymity to men accused of sexual offences so that innocent men's and boy's lives and reputations are not permanently ruined - for that is what happens.
The police and judiciary are culpable in this situation. When false accusations are made and not investigated adequately. Flimsy evidence is not dealt with properly in court and innocence has to be proved rather than guilt, the state is responsible for the damage caused and the amount of compensation should be huge in these cases.

Which is why we (the other defendants in my case and myself) are going after the police for perverting the course of justice. NOT the False accuser.
Yes, she is a dangerous and abusive liar - but if the police had not chosen to believe and enhance her lies, she might now be safely in a mental institution - instead they put the full power of the state into shoring up a pathetically evidence free case and deliberately hid evidence that pointed away from our guilt.
I am very sorry that the Pig & Crown web site is defunct - this is down to abandonment by Matt, the one person who had the codes and keys for hosting the site, and who was my co prouder of the film "We Believe You" , partly this is due to his own post traumatic stress disorder and loss of communication awareness.
This makes me sick. False accusers need to spend 20 years in prison.
yes...and more importantly, the police need to wake up and investigate like adults... instead of corrupt arsehole "result" seekers.
That is significantly longer then sentances for rape
You can't work with people in a close service related field. Teaching, ministerial etc.
Liars and false witnesses shall have their abode in the lake of fire.
