CPS the Corrupt Prosecution Service - how very apt in this case! How did the falsely accused man obtain remedy for being falsely charged with a criminal offence or is the CPS unaccountable. Should not all judged false accusers have a record to prevent them potentially damaging others like Sarah Jane Parkinson case, Australia.
