    Your pilates classes are brilliant! I fight scoliosis for a half of my life and this is a game changer! It would be great to have more long classes through primary subscription or smth like that

      I'm so glad you liked it! i wasn't sure if a full-length class would work on youtube; i would love some feedback from you about the length of class that you like to do online. and thanks a lot for your support

      @@iditspiro hello Idit, about the length I like 30 to 40 minutes of class, but once I am into it, I don’t mind how long it takes. It is always amazing to do your classes. Have a great day.

    great technique and instruction as always thank you and Idit understands core and pelvic floor better than most instructors i believe. and really fine tunes the movements

      @@iditspiro no i wish i am a relatively new convert from being a yoga devotee but i love your classes and style. Do you do paid classes? I am worried when i run out of your classes and reruns of them.......I live in Australia, i am not sure where you are but your classes are a dream. I hate the modern, fast paced 'tight lycra' pilates that do not focus on technique and fast tracks injuries.

      @@janetstorrier1739 i'm based in Tel Aviv now, but i'm originally from London. what part of Australia are you from? My sister is living there now. i think you have a while before you run out of classes, but yes i do do private online classes, or even better you can come to Israel
      ; it's always best to do a class in person :-)

    Idit, you are very gifted. Your programs make me feel very good. Can you make a routine for those of us who have difficulty stretching our legs straight up to the ceiling when we are lying down or can’t reach forward when sitting let alone with a straight back? Thank you!

      Hi Lina, thanks so much for your feedback; i'm happy you are enjoying the classes. i will certainly think about something for people who have difficulty in straightening the legs as it is a very common issue. In the meantime you can try lying on your back with your legs stretched up against the wall and staying there for a few minutes breathing deeply(try to do this every day). i hope that is clear; please let me know if you need more clarification

    Idit, I adore your classes but I cannot do the rollover part, could you give us a short video on how to accomplish this? This is very important to me, this is my challenge, I really want to learn how to practice the rollover movement... thanks so much!

      That’s a great idea; I will try to think of the best way to do that. Just to let you know, I also have problems with the rollover as a part of my back is very inflexible, it is also my constant challenge!

      thanks for your comment. i did use music in some of my classes but i ran into copyright issues, so i have to figure out how to find music that i can use for free. i agree that background music adds a lot to the enjoyment of the class

      @@iditspiro just tell people to put their radio on in the back ground. it's not too hard to play music from a second tab in your browsers. there are so many online music servers if you don't want spotify because of ads, Jango has no ads, just new artists now and then and they don't interrupt.

    Reasonable moves, excercises with a meaning: twist, bends, curls, stretches etc for real bodies, normal ppl with here and there pains.... So many videos with so difficult almost acrobatic excercises for whom exactly? 20 years old navy soldiers or profis dancers or circus performers? 🙃😆 just wondering!
